I am giving props to all Pats fans, but I couldn't be happier that the Green Birds got the cover! All I heard from everyone all week was that the Pats would cover! I normally don't say this, but I hope everyone who bet the Pats lost their ass on this game! Screw New England! They covered the spread all year long, and I am so happy to see them not cover b/c everyone loved them (I had no money on this game, but it feels good to have picked the ATS winner).
Prediction for next year: New England will not win the Super Bowl! If they do, I will disappear forever! At this point, though, I don't think anyone would really care b/c I have stunk out the joint this year! I will say this, though: A new NBA season starts tomorrow for me: I guarantee I will show a profit the rest of the year! I was going to wait until after the All-Star Break, but after another 0-for-day, I will start again fresh tomorrow!

I personally missed the first half.... tending to the birth of my little baby girl!
(I know this aint the place for it - but its my first!) but thats why I havent posted all weekend bar for the 1 early big time loser on Saturday!Rolling with 1 play tonight only, Nets -3.5 -120 at my ever so generous book. Have already seen this posted up at 5.5, so there's a possiblity of covering back but not thinking that just yet!
Been a pretty stong weekend for me on non posted plays, after detroit failed miserably on saturday hit a 4teamer with Ind/Wash/Mia/Port
Then hit 3of5 yesterday with Dall/Bost & Eagles losing on Phil&Hous
later - off to see the little darling!

We smoked the last bedlam game. As I've said all year in the Big XII, it's about the trends and rivalries. Are you kidding me, Okie STate giving 9 1/2 in the bedlam series.

fellas huge turn around for me last week as i was down but fought back. Thank the lord for the superbowl as what i wanted to happen hapenned. pats won but didn't cover which means i won both ways on that bet for a total of2,155.

Well...a really bad 2 weeks of wagering for me but got some of it back on the SuperBowl. I sided with the books (the 'ole fade the public strategy) and was able to get some $$$ back on the Eagles and the Under thanks to that lucky back door cover. Still...hovering around a .500 record for the year and down a few units of juice. Like DEL-T, I need to forget about the past and start over with a week by week outlook. Staying away from the NBA, which has murdered me (with bad luck at the end) and instead going with 2 games in the NCAA tonight that I like:

Taking Utah (-7) at UNLV. Utah is 8-0-1 ATS last 9 games and 7-3 ATS on the road. Figure if BYU can win at UNLV by 10, Utah should smoke them. Only concern is 91% is on Utah so going with the public which scares me.
