I am giving props to all Pats fans, but I couldn't be happier that the Green Birds got the cover! All I heard from everyone all week was that the Pats would cover! I normally don't say this, but I hope everyone who bet the Pats lost their ass on this game! Screw New England! They covered the spread all year long, and I am so happy to see them not cover b/c everyone loved them (I had no money on this game, but it feels good to have picked the ATS winner).
Prediction for next year: New England will not win the Super Bowl! If they do, I will disappear forever! At this point, though, I don't think anyone would really care b/c I have stunk out the joint this year! I will say this, though: A new NBA season starts tomorrow for me: I guarantee I will show a profit the rest of the year! I was going to wait until after the All-Star Break, but after another 0-for-day, I will start again fresh tomorrow!

Well...a really bad 2 weeks of wagering for me but got some of it back on the SuperBowl. I sided with the books (the 'ole fade the public strategy) and was able to get some $$$ back on the Eagles and the Under thanks to that lucky back door cover. Still...hovering around a .500 record for the year and down a few units of juice. Like DEL-T, I need to forget about the past and start over with a week by week outlook. Staying away from the NBA, which has murdered me (with bad luck at the end) and instead going with 2 games in the NCAA tonight that I like:
