ARIZONA +4 (this team turned it all around in the postseason after falling apart down the stretch in the regular season; and why is that? because they are playing with passion on both sides of the ball; their defense is getting pressure on the quarterback and they are not abandoning the run on offense; I am not shocked that they beat Carolina last week, but I am shocked at how bad they beat them; most people feel the Eagles will win and some think they will win easily but not me; I think the Cardinals are going to the Super Bowl; can anyone f--king believe that? the Arizona Cardinals going to the Super Bowl; with Westbrook all banged up, McNabb will have to do too much on his own, and I have never had the confidence in McNabb like a lot of others do; he gets way too much hype; I say Cardinals 27, Eagles 17)

As for the other game, I will just watch and root for my favorite team (of all sports). The Steelers are winning the Super Bowl this year, but I'm not laying any points here. I just want a damn win, no matter how they do it. About six weeks ago, I felt they were the best team and would win it all. And now they are two wins away from a record setting title. I say Steelers 21, Ravens 13

I'll let you guys analyze these two games because the NFL is not what I do best.

    Pitt/Balt - under 34

Zona +3.5, got it at 4 but its down now. Also taking some moneyline.

Cards D has been playing great and I can't resist a home dog. They held Carolina one of the top rushing teams in the league to half their season rushing avg.

Same with ATL who was #2 in rushing offense. season avg 152 yds and AZ held em to 60. Last 3 qb's have an avg rating of 54.3 against the Cards. If they can keep up this kind of defense they should have a great shot at this game. Philly has not rushed well, 67 and 59 yds. and have been allowing some rushing, 153 and 138. Sure they won both those games but how long can they win without some balance? If this one goes to the air I like Warner, whose had solid protection recently(1sack in playoffs), and the home dog.

    6-5 playoffs

    5-0 totals, 1-5 sides

1-3 ATS in hoops -5.3 units

    2-2 in UFC +2.2 units

    1-2 in futbol -0.7 units

Not the best day, hit some unposted NBA but still a losing day.

Here's my card, sorry for no write up but I'm throwing down with the fellas today at the bar, and we're starting early!

    NFL

    Pickriding Baltimore under 34

2.2 units to win 2 units

    My play:

I gotta take the under 47 in the Zona game. Both defenses have been solid in the playoffs and since the end of the season. I saw a stat that Philly is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 on the unders and we've all seen what Zona's defense has done since the start of the playoffs. 2 plays:

    1H under 24 -105

    2.2 units to win 2

    Game under 47

3.3 units to win 3 units.

    Mo Valley:

I'm all over the Bradley/SIU over 127. SIU still plays defense, but against offensive minded teams they are running a bit more. Scared to play SIU over at home EVER, but it's worth the gamble today.

2.2 units to win 2 units on SIU over 127.

    NBA:

No reason to not play Miami tonight +1. I checked the injury report and I believe the line is weighted towards OKC based on the Heat's road trip and their recent good play. Could be a trap but Miami is 6-1 in their last 7 SU against OKC/Seattle over the last 2 years.

2.2 units to win 2 units on the Heat at OKC tonight. +1

    Recap:

    Valley: SIU over 127 2**

    NBA: Miami +1 2**

    NFL: Baltimore under 34 2**, Philly under 24 1H 2**, Philly under 47 game 3***

    Toronto +4(-110)

Toronto has lost four straight and their defense is playing very poorly. Phoenix is coming to town and the Suns are off two straight losses so it's time to get healthy against the lowly Raptors, right? Not so fast. While 8-14 on the road, the Raptors are not horrible at home where they are outscoring opponents on average. They are going to score and reach triple digits here fairly easily against the Suns' horrible defense. Phoenix is giving up 103.2 per game on the season on the road and nearly 106 per game over their last five games. So as bad as Toronto's defense has been playing, the Raptors have the best defense on the court ithis afternoon. This is a letdown spot for Phoenix as they undoubtably view themselves as the superior team. And the Suns are very prone to let downs. They are just 3-11 ATS this season vs. teams with losing records! They are 2-10 ATS vs. teams that allow 100+ points per game. I like the home dog here.
