BUFFALO (1 - 1) at INDIANAPOLIS (1 - 1): PLay On The Indianapolis Colts -4 4star 8/28/2004 7:00:00 PM

Indianapolis Colts - QB Rotation: Peyton Manning (into the third quarter), Corey Sauter (3 Q), Jim Sorgi (4 Q), Joe Hamilton. The No. 1 offensive and defensive units will see their most extensive action of the preseason Saturday. Each group likely will play into the third quarter. "It's this week that we'd like to get geared in and play real well and get that feel of playing into the third quarter and making adjustments at halftime," Tony Dungy said. Dungy has always placed importance on Week 3 contests and it shows with him posting a 5-0 SU & ATS record with whatever team he has coached. Home favorites who lost by 23 or more points are 27-8 SU and 21-14 ATS. Take the Colts at home as they come back with a better effort off last weeks loss. This is a 3.5% Play

NEW ENGLAND (1 - 1) at CAROLINA (2 - 0): Play On The Carolina Panthers -2.5 3star 8/28/2004 7:00:00 PM

Carolina is very focused and fired up for this Super Bowl re-match. Expect Carolina's starters, who played the first half of Thursday's 27-20 victory against the Giants, to get about three quarters of work against New England. Coach John Fox said, "We will go a little bit longer with the starters than we did last week and have an opportunity to come out after halftime and get the feel of that as we prepare for the regular season." Carolina Panthers - QB Rotation: Jake Delhomme (first half and into the third), Chris Weinke (3 Q+), Rod Rutherford. "It's going to be Super Bowl 2, Round 2," safety Mike Minter said. "We're going to be jacked. I can tell you that right now." "If you think this is just a preseason game, you're mistaken," said Carolina defensive lineman Brentson Buckner. "It's going to be a war. They've got the Lombardi Trophy. You want to be able to play against the best in the preseason because then you find out where you stack up." Said WR Steve Smith, "Some people are going to have to bring their lunch pails. It's going to be a construction zone." Play On - Any team (CAROLINA) - off a home win, top level team, winning 75% or more of their games in the preseason. (43-18 over the last 10 seasons.) (70.5%, +23.2 units.). Over the last 3 seasons the situation's record is: (10-3). Over the last 5 seasons the situation's record is: (22-6). Take the Panthers here with the motivational advantage as a 3% Play

OAKLAND (1 - 1) at ARIZONA (0 - 2): Play On The Over 39 3star 8/28/2004 9:00:00 PM

My Top System Total. Play Over - Any team against the total (OAKLAND) - off an extremely close home loss by 3 points or less, in the last two weeks of the preseason. (23-5 since 1993.) USC (12 - 1) vs. VIRGINIA TECH (8 - 5): Play On Virginia Tech +18 3 star8/28/2004 6:45:00 PM

Southern Cal get the tough task of going across country to open their season as an 18 point favorite. Since 97' the Hokies have been fast starters to begin seasons at least 5-0 so you know Beamer will have this team prepared. Southern Cal has lost 10 starters and will be young on the offensive line. No doubt talented but still young and needing a little bit of time. Matt Leinart will also not have Mike Williams to unload the ball to quickly if he gets pressure. Again the young USC recievers are very good but they are still young. Teams that run the ball well tend to give USC some problems. USC is 5-14 ATS in its L19 vs teams averaging 200 yards rushing or more per game. I think the Hokies will have some success running and Randall can also get out of the pocket and get some yardage on the ground. Just to many points to lay going cross country against a fast starting program. Take the Hokies as a 3% Play.

HOUSTON (64 - 63) at CHICAGO CUBS (71 - 56): Play On The Chicago Cubs -128 6star 8/28/2004 3:05:00 PM

Saturday, 8/28/2004 ROGER CLEMENS (R) vs. CARLOS ZAMBRANO (R). Zambrano throwing very well and Clemens has struggled over his last three with two of those being on the road with an ERA of 5.62. Both teams bats are hot but will ride the hotter Zambrano and the Cubs as the Cubs offense has hit Right Hand Starters better than the Astros. ZAMBRANO is 9-1 (+7.7 Units) against the money line in home games this season. (Team's Record) . The average score was ZAMBRANO 7.1, OPPONENT 2.6. ZAMBRANO is 9-1 (+7.7 Units) against the money line as a home favorite of -110 or higher this season. (Team's Record). The average score was ZAMBRANO 7.1, OPPONENT 2.6 . The Cubs bounce back Satruday and I will back them as my Major League Baseball Game Of The Week. This is a 5% Play
