Awful day yesterday but lets bounce back strong.
Early small play on Angels. Line movement is scaring me a little but in my opinion Millwood is bad and this is his 1st start back from the DL. Weaver has not been great this year thus far but lets hope he comes around today against a sub par Texas team.
Still working on late plays but can tell ya I am gonna take a chance on the Tigers +130ish against Dice K.

I personally played Cleveland ML and Cleveland -140 +1.5. Carmona has been lights out his last 5 starts.
Johan is still a dominant pitcher but he can't hit to help himself out. The Twins hitters are in a funk right now so the play was Cleveland.

Saturday: Pirates -125. Yea I've said before that Snell is a good pitcher but gets no run support, well I feel he'll get plenty today as Kuo makes his first start of the year. He has though appeared in relief twice this year and has a 14+ era!!

My boss is from Manchester, New Hampshire and he LOVES and defend's the sox like no other. I used to be a huge Schills fan in Philly but the dude has turned into an arrogant prick since his trip to Beantown. The shit with Barry Bonds was the last straw...even if he's right you don't talk another man's business on opinion.

I took Over 9 Tex/Pitts for tonight as one of my plays gl bud
Was looking at that, Millwood/Duke surely has all the potential an over needs. Rangers may end up being the worst team in MLB this year, I'd love to back Zack here but the kid forgot how to pitch, seems this year he's has dropped down to 3/4 and wants to nibble instead of throwing strikes. He's also showing his ball way earlier in his delivery than he did in prior years. GL on your over bro I feel it's solid.

Damn, PC. I wished I saw your pick on the Cubbies last night. It would have convinced me to stay away. Oh well, I can rebound.
LAA -150
Escobar seems to finally be over his elbow problems and has been pitching great this year. A sure indication of the stuff he is bringing is found by looking at two games. He held the Yankees to 1 run and the Indians to 0. The Angels are also the hottest team in baseball as they have gone 23-8 in their last 31. They have scored 62 runs in their last eight games, good for nearly 8 per game. Arroyo has really been struggling. He has pitched to a 13 ERA over his last four starts. To make matters worse he is backed by a bullpen that has allowed 2 additional runs per game in his 13 starts. The Reds consequently are just 3-10 in his starts.
Seattle +120
The Mariners have won nine of their last ten, but we get dog money for them. Over their past twenty games, they have averaged 7 runs per game. Sure, Rich Hill has been strong this year but right now Seattle's bats are hot. Other than the last two starts, Washburn has been solid and he has a 2.28 road ERA with a 3-1 record. Seattle's bullpen has been outstanding (3.43 ERA, 82% save). Good value on this one.
Minnesota -150
Atlanta will hit the road after a very disappointing homestand where they went just 3-5. The Twins start Kevin Slowey and they have won both his starts so far. The best thing about this rookie is he does not issue free passes - just two BB's in two starts. Kyle Davies has had his struggles with the Braves, pitching lousy. He has not reached the sixth inning in nearly half his starts, and the Braves have allowed nearly 6 runs per game in his road starts. Davies has now allowed 4+ runs in 65% of his last 20 starts going back to last season and he doesn't pitch deep into games either. The Twins bats can take advantage of this one.

Win/Push/Loss last night eesh..did hit a 2 teamer that was booked as a 3 teamer but had the Zona over push in it alslo. We got robbed in the Zona game PC...& runs in what the 4th? Zona with 3 errors and Balty with one through 3? Oh well.
Today I am on Under 9.5 in Braves..Davies is decent at home and Verlander has been on top of his game..take into consideration that the Braves have been awful scoring runs the last 3 games, scoring a grand total of 0 runs. Under 9.5 is the play!

Oakland -105..Blanton was super his last outing and the bats sure woke up last night lets see that this continues today.

Braves are shitting the bed for me so far though they do have a guy on 2nd in the 8th..I did back the RL play with -157 ML so lets hope they dont lose this game.
Lot of temptation in this late game tonight..2 great pitchers in Peavy and Penny..-180 no score in the first is as much juice as I have ever seen, also looking at the 5 inning total at 3.5 and tempted to take the under..as much as I wanna pull the trigger I just can't for some reason..I'll be kicking myself in the ass later though I feel. As far as the game goes I wouldn't touch that total and feel a slight lean to Penny at home but gonna just sit back and watch to aces go at it tonight.
By the way as I was typing this the Braves went up 2-1...goooooooooooo!!

Fading the Yanks is a good play. They're always overvalued. Here, we get Haren, the best pitcher in the AL against the Yanks O. Take that streak away (11-1) and the Yanks are 26-40.
Also like:
Atl +113. Hot team vs cold team.
Sea Ev. Yes, I'm betting against the Jays, so that means a lot.
Zona +115. Better pitcher
Twinkies +155. Value bet here. Twins bats are hot.

So far tonight 1 thing stands out to me. Erwin Santana sucks on the road and Millwodd..well he just sucks, an Angels team theat on any givin night can tear the cover off of the ball and a Rangers team that has been hitting the ball well the past 2 weeks..I see an over coming here. Lets here some picks today fellas. My sister is getting married this Saturday. I told here if I hit a 5 teamer I'll pick up the bar bill for all at the reception..cmon help me out here..post em!

Gonna open up with over 9 in Tampa, Escobar has been great lately but with the return of BJ Upton the Rays are scoring again. I would also have to think that the Halos will get some runs off of Sonnanstine today if there bats wake up at all.. look for this to be a 7-5 game.
