Good Morning guys, tough loss last night with HKY pick which I took puck line on Philly and lost -1.5 but very close and winner with Tampa Bay so 1-1.

Our first 6 Star Power Play Of The Day. This is a recomended 4% Play today. Monday, 4/26/2004 CARLOS ZAMBRANO (R) vs. RANDY JOHNSON (L)
On to the game. I just checked the updated numbers and the early money is coming in on the Cubs overnight. Cubs are now +110.
This game matches up a Younger Star in the making with Zambrano vs the aging Star in Johnson.
The Cubs this year are 6-0 after 7 consecutive games as a favorite. Zambrano is 6-2 in April games lifetime and is 1-0 this year working with 5 or 6 days rest. The Cubs are 11-4 after two or more consecutive games as a favorite. They are 2-0 vs Left Hand Starters this season.
Arizona is 1-5 against NL Central teams this year and 6-7 vs Right Hand Starters. As a favorite of -110 or higher they are only 5-7 and 3-3 at home this year. Johnson as a favorite of -110 or higher this year is 1-3.
Here is a quuick breakdown in the Stats. Green is good, Red is negative. Cubs has only faced a LHP twice so far. Stat's not that good but not enough at bats to get a true reading. They are loaded with right hand bats so I expect better from them. I am going with the hotter team and more underated starter. Johnson has lost about 3 MPH off his fastball from last year and is in a decline. Still capable of throwing big games but I like to start going against players in situations like this before the general public figures out they have lost it or are in the process of losing it. (Diminishing skills) Becuase Johnson is at home I am only making this a 4% play. The Cubs can do some serious damage as well if they can get to the bullpen early. I really like what the Cubs have done the last 7 compared to Arizona last 7. Arizona was on the road for most of that so I have to factor that in while the Cubs have been at home. Both teams were playing in hitters parks the last 7. Also note opponents Stats while the Cubs have played road games. The Cubs are hitting 20 points lower on the road but will carry hot bats into this series.

last night 1-1 in hky picks because I got a bit greaty and should of played ml on Philly.
OK for todays game one NHL game so one pick which I like, Sharks are playing great HKY up in the series 2-0, I believe Colorado at home should win a close one.

I don't know about you guys but I like Houston +7 right now. This series has always been close. Game 2 was a fluke becasue Yao didn't put up his usual #'s in the 3rd qtr. Jeff Van Gundy knows they can beat the Lakers and the Rockets believe it. I don't care where the play this will be close. On top of that the question of whether Kobe will be there for the start of the game is questionable. The 1st qtr and the half bet look good for the Rockets also.
Kobe has 3 straight trial days in a row. He will be rusty. If Van gundy employs the same trap on Kobe and Shaq again I think you might be looking at an upset at Staples.

whats up guys 8-3 now after oak. lost yesterday. i still won $$$ with them if you can believe that. i had them parlayed with four early games and all four early games came in so i went the other way with anaheim so i couldn't lose at all. Tonight the only thing i like are the avalanche in hockey. in no way do i know the first thing about hockey but i don't think a good col. team loses at home and goes down 3-0. gl and bet smart.

i meant to say doesn't lose at home. sorry about that. anyways, i keyed them with cubs aval with rockies, aval with bluejays. also took aval with pist. ml, over d.backs 8(billz), going into minn -3 1/2 tomorrow. this way if the first three hit tonight, i can hedge tomorrow and still win. gl everyone again and have a great night.
