NHL ICE PICKS for 03-26-04
another rough night on ice....gotta beak out of this paying juice shit....went 1-1 on Top Plays, 1-1 on Small Plays, lost the DDD and won on the Salami (barely 50 goals scored so it went OVER by a half)....so we stand at for the week:
4-4 Top Plays
3-3 Small Plays
2-0 Grand Salami
0-2 Daily Double Dog
small card tonight so only couple things stand out...
Top Play
SJ (-0.5 -130)
Sharks going into Phoenix to play the Coyotes...Sharks played the Flames tough last night...need the 2 pts. here for division title....phoenix is not in the same calibre as the Sharks...should be an easy win.
Small Play
EDM (-0.5 -130)
HUGE game here...this is the oilers chance to solidfy their post season play right here....we like the Oilers at home and the fact they beat LA two games ago in LA....Oilers left a point on the table by losing to the Stars in OT last game and tonight they take home all 2 pts in this 4 pt game.
thats all for ice tonight......gonna lay some major lumber on NCAA ball....went 3-1 last night with wins by STJ, ALB, OK ST and loss by VAN....
tonight i like XAV, DUKE, NEV and UAB...see my NCAA picks for tonight for the write-up.

keep up the good work. Have you looked at Buffalo over Pitt tonight
Buffalo needs to run the table to make the playoffs and they can get started with a home and home series with Pitt. That should be 4 ez points for them for there quest. I'm not a Sabres fan just a gambler who looks for trends and ez games. In fact I'm a Huge Leafs fan(say what you like)

ya i did look at BUF/PIT.....buf is the play because of their desperation...i watched them against the habs and i was impressed but if they had given the habs 5 more mins i think they would have lost.....got hosed by them a couple weeks ago with them being up 2-0 to lose 3-2 in OT to Boston....
having said that PIT scares the hell out of me...nothing to play for but pride....i cant believe the way they have been playing....so im gonna stay away....i think the SJ is the best play tonight for me cause im gonna lay alot of wood on NCAA tonight

not to often just for fun once in awhile I'll throw something together.
Hey I'll be in Winnipeg for the Aug long weekend for 5 days for the nationals in baseball, don't have all the dates or location confirmed but I'll let you know so if I'm close we can hook up for a beer or ten.
