okay last night looked good until the last minutes of a few games.....won easily with OVER on TOR/BUF...lost with BUF giving up two 3 rd period goals including one with 30 secs left only to lose in OT...also lost with 2 mins. left in OT on CAR...had they tied we would have had the cash.....so we stand at 1-1 on Top Plays and 0-1 on small plays

not a good start to the week...paying more than just the juice....full card tonight and we gonna lay some major wood....here's what we like..

We are expecting EDM to win by at least 3 goals tonight on a struggling Blue Jackets Squad....take the -1.5 goals for the better pay

we have a Columbus team who have lost their last 7 all except one by 2 goals or more...EDM had a decisive 3-1 win over OTT on Sunday and we see no reason why they can't win by 2 or more here on a hapless, out-of-playoffs Columbus team....if you go at -0.5 goals your gonna have a line around -260....in my opinion its a top play at -1.5 and we get positive money..

STL (+0.5 -120)

We like STL here as they have won all 4 meetings this year against the Kings...coming fresh off a 3-0 spanking at the hands of the Flames (spankings are good to remind us of the little things)....they are still in the hunt for a playoff spot...which happens to be the Kings in the final 8th spot by 1 pt....STL is the better team and they won't go 2 losses in a row when they can smell the last playoff spot....LA has been playing good but they have injury issues, they beat teams out of the playoffs, but have been struggling with teams going into the playoffs....if they decide to play to a tie we get the 0.5 goal to bring home the bacon.

Going into VAN tonight to take on the Canucks....we like NASH here because VAN is banged up, we have 4 guys who see regular shifts out, and possible D-Man Jovanoski coming back...but that was a concussion injury and history says guys coming back off concussions dont get a lot of time even if they last the game...NASH went into MoTown and lost a close one in OT, they have played CAL, STL tough and they sit tied for 8th spot and would look tonight to keep pace if not move ahead into 7th....we taking the half goal just in case of a tie OT.

CAL (+0.5 +145)

We have a flames team on a mission here and are 1-0-1 on their road trip...had NASH on the ropes to tie in OT and beat STL 3-0 last game....DET has a few injuries and if it wasn't for the OT heroics of Shanahan (scored all 3 goals, including OT) last game they would have lost to NASH at home...again this will be a tight game but we like the Flames goaltenders who have been playing good while CAL is getting 1 more goal a game over their last 5 compared to DET...gonna be a close one here again..thats why we get the 0.5 goal..
