All right, I had to start the thread and post my plays since I'm working early in the morning. I have 3 plays today that I'm hitten..
Let's start with the Battle of Kansas:
The Jayhawks host their in state rivals..the K State Wildcats Saturday @ 12:45 CST in Lawrence, KS. This game used to mean something when I was growing up. I got to see the likes of Darnell Valentine, Mitch Richmond, and a plethora of Jayhawk stars. This game lacks the usual intensity and spirit it has had in the past. In case you haven't noticed, the Jayhawks have been ROLLIN to the tune of 7 in a row after starting the season 3-4. The Jayhawks cover the 10 1/2, and here's why:
The freshman tandem at guard...Chalmers and Rush have NBA scouts drooling. They are now talking about Brandon being a lottery pick after his FRESHMAN year. As predicted earlier this year in my post, the Young hawks have loads of talent, but need time to learn Self's complicated 3 guard offense..well guess what..the kids are starting to get it. Check out Kansas's lost 5 home games.....

Notice that Kansas has put up big time points and has been obliterating their opponents at home. Notice the unders and KU's recent committment to defense. The Cats had a good start to the year, but they are going to get dominated inside since all big 12 stud Jeremiah Massey has left. Moody has been great as the sole upperclassmen. Fellas, I like the Hawks to screw the public %, screw the instate rivalry, and absolutely paste their 2'nd tier neighbor from Aggieville.

MO VALLEY GAME OF THE MONTH:
Roll on SIU -1 on the road at Drake. Can you argue with SIU's 12-2 ATS mark? Can you argue with the ride we've had on them hitting their last 6 ATS posted?I mentioned 2 weeks back that the Valley will start separating into the 1'st and 2'nd tier. It continues tonight at 8:00 CST as Dr. Tom Davis puts up a noble effort, but loses a close one to SIU. Defensively, SIU will take Drake and put them in a 3 point funk. The Bulldogs won't be able to match up inside and SIU will patiently wear them down like they did last week on the road when we hit on them twice.
SIU -1..15 units for me
Vegas, I changed my GOM.
My third play is the Bradley braves at -15 against Evansville at home. The 8-1 SU braves lost their last game..at home..against the Shockers. They are drooling to put their 77pts a game average at home against Evansville. Aces might stay close for a half, but Bradley will cover the large number.

Fellas was looking at the lines and something came to me which is very obvious Bellicheck a great coach. He knows that to beat Denver he wants his defense off the field, and we all know what denver wants to do, run, run, and run. So I feel that the pats will dink and dunk and run a lot of time consuming drives to keep the Broncos off the field. I see this game as an under play. Final will be in the low 30's. Lets smack the book in the mouth

Finally some fucking football. It is a sad day win my sheet only has 4 games on it.
I have loved the patriots all week, all playoffs, and the whole back end of the season. They have been money except that loss to the dolphins in the final week. How can you bet against a qback that has never lost in the post season. What is Brady 11 and 0 in the playoffs and plummer has yet to throw a pass in the playoffs. Pats are healthy and have the plus in most columns in this game- better coach, better qb, better defense(healthy)- the only thing denver has is a better running game. I am fucking going huge on the pats +3. Giving the pats points in the playoffs is fucking insane-
I am taking all the points on every game. Seahawks, formerly known has choke artist, are the better team. But I will take a little experience with Brunell and the points. I just think to many points in this one.
Washington +9.5 for me. Just seeing it being a little closer. Small bet for me.
I will also take pitt + the points. Just to many points again to give a good team in the playoffs- I am going to take pitt +10. small bet for me.
Carolina looked good last week. And the bears to me still have an unproven qback to me. I think I have played more nfl games than grossman in the past 3yrs. He played what 2 games in 2 years. One game this year (he did look good though) and then they benched him in the season finalle- that was just fucking stupid on lovie smiths part. Let the man get some experience. Jake the, the crazy cajun, has been to a superbowl- I will take the experience in this game. Carolina +3.5 for me. Big bet but depends how big on the outcome of the pats.

Undefeated ledger ATS so far in football..here's my two plays..and SUndaybreak..sorry for the loser on SOnics under..those mofos hit their first 11 shots and shot unreal...bad call on my part but damn the Sonics shot lights out to start the game...

Still new to posting but 3 - 1 since starting all in college hoops
Today I couldn't agree with you more PC about the our Hawks! KSU's coach has given up he knows this is his last year as a Wildcat and it will be the 2nd coach in a row that has not beat the Hawks. KU will pound them inside the whole game.

I will also go with MU getting +1 at home to colorado (as much as it pains me to root for the Tigers)

As for NFL I will go against the trends and go with

Denver -3 Yea Brady is good but this Denver team is more talented and at home in the light air (Huge home field advantage). Remember the Texas / USC game everyone thought USC because of past but Texas had more talent and it showed at the end!!!! (Sorry Vegas I got to go other way here even though you are a MUCH better capper than I will ever be) I hope I don't regret going against you but I am?

So I will not play on them even though I like the call. I am looking forward to our little matchup next week though. My picks for this weekend - I went 4/0 last weekend, but they look a little harder in this round, in fact, a lot harder to me
Wash +10 --- Wash D stops Alexander, we didn't hear from Moss last week, but we will this week.
New England +3 --- New Eng in the Play Offs is a No-Brainer
Pittsburgh +10 --- Pittsburgh will come to play this week and will keep it close, I am looking for the big upset, Steelers win 24 - 23
Chicago - 2 1/2 ---- This is the sleeper for the Super Bowl, their D will win it for them, 2 defensive tds in this game
I would like to see Pittsburgh and Chicago in the Super Bowl, of course Pittsburgh wins it all. I know it is a long shot, but what the hell.

Been winding down on the gambling in 2006. 7 more NFL bets and I'm done until NCAA in Sept. Tough calls on the NFL this weekend. Along with knowing when to bet, we must learn when not to bet. In my life, the only guy who likes me betting hoops and hockey is the bookie. GL gotpicks!
Seattle hasn't won in the playoffs in over a decade. Wash hasn't lost a game by over 6 this season. Seattle hasn't allowed a 100 yards rusher this season. Blah, blah, blah
My money's on well rested Seattle -9 (-114 pinnacle) today. I got Seattle -7.5 (-105) when the line came out at pinnacle last weekend and still like Seattle at -9.
Also hit NE +5 (-124 pinnacle) when the line came out and would play em at +3 until someone neats them in the playoffs.

I feel bad for KU so I'm gonna throw another valley play. So far today 1-1 ATS on KU and Bradley...Skins looking good too.
Tonight in the Valley roll with me on under 145 in SWMO STATE and Wichita State. I am on it for 4 units.
