There is no better home covering machine in the country than Kirk Ferentz's Iowa Hawkeyes. They have now covered 25 of their lat 29 home games, are 15-2 against the spread off a loss. Illinois, while possibly improved under Ron Zook, still gives up 6.3 yards per rush which means they'll lose the line of scrimmage and the airways will open for all Big 10 QB Drew Tate. The llini defense has only held lowly San Jose St. to less than 30points this year and with the Hawkeyes losing last week at Ohio St. they'll look to regain their swagger with a trouncing of Illinois.
