Hey bud i do my own capping and make my decision on it when i play the game, Mia was my GOM for me as posted I new from the time Shaq was injured in 2min play of game they would be in trouble cuz Diesel is the backbone of Mia that was the diffrence if he was in Mia would win ats. Tell me.... if Ben Gordon was injured in 1st qtr u think they would of won hmmm think about it Ben Gordon was the diffrence for Bulls he hit 5 3's poniters in the fourth and OT and scored 29 pts or several minutes holding his knee before he was helped off the floor if it happened 1st qtr it would of been diffrent so very lucky for for Bulls to win su.

I was not trying to be a smart ass at all. I was just making a statement. When everyone else likes the other side on my big plays, it gives me more confidence on those particular plays. For whatever reason, these particular plays come in for me time and time again when most others are on the other side. No hard feelings here. I respect you as a capper as well as many others on here. My style of capping is different from most people, so there are many occasions where I find myself on the other side. I don't always win these games, but I will win the majority of them. Good Luck at the poker game tonight!
P.S. I have to disagree with you about the Shaq thing. We really don't know how that game would have been played out, and we will never know. With Shaq in there, the game would have been played different, but that does not necessarily mean Miami would have covered easily. I have studied and followed numerous NBA REGULAR SEASON games to know that one player, even Shaq, rarely affects the outcome of one particular game when it comes down to the pointspread. Crazy things happen during the REGULAR SEASON based on scheduling, regardless of who is or isn't playing.

JDelt, after reading both u and tak i had to put in my opinion! First of all, Congrats on the victory, the truth in bettin is, doesnt matter how or what, as long as the $$ is in ur acct!!! Hope u played ur own play!!!!
IMO..... Im sure u picked Chicago cause the line looked like a trap -3.5 for a Miami team that should win by 8+..... and with a Diesel Truck down under that should take the game himself! Well good call, BUTTTTTT, IMO if Shaq wouldve been in the game, i think the outcome would of been very different!!! The heat were up even without shaq, and that force in the middle would of IMO increased that lead! Cmon Wang Jou Jou or whatever isnt Shaq haha!!!! but its all good, In sports ANYTHING HAPPENS and Shaq going out with that line may have been scripted by Vegas hahaha Who knows!!! You have to disagree about Shaq wtf.... they won both games this year against Bulls once in Windy City and once in Mia until yesterday look at the stats of Shaq this year :

The Bday Special was $$$$$!!!! Congrats on LSU!
Today it took me a long while to finally post this! My thought process went something like this. When I saw GW +1 at Xavier, I was about to send it out as a "AAO" play! Then the public started to show up, and the line started moving, moving the right way thou! PK to -1, and currently -1.5! Fellas I still love this play as I believe GW wins this game! GW is 5-1 last 6 ATS @ Xavier! GW will shoot their way to a "W" and cover for us! IMO this will be won by 4-5 points! but don't be shocked if its 2-3! Im going with the away team here!

Well, we got back on track last night with Clemson not only beating the spread but also beating Maryland SU. Congrats to all that played it. Ok, on to tonight. I have found a few games that I really like, one of which is BP's always solid play, but I am going with another dog tonight. I don't ususally ride the dogs like this but this game has been jumping off the page at me all day:
Vanderbilt +9.5
This game reminds me alot of the Clemson game last night, except tonight the revenge is on our side. Vanderbilt is a bit underrated and seeing as they are on the bubble, they will show up to play tonight. Look for Vandy to keep this close and maybe pull out the W.

I had a shitty day with the Bonnies deciding to play for a few minutes in the first half not allowing for the cover by Dayton, and then Shaq Fu going down early, not to mention I got a ticket yesterday....great day all in all...HAHA

I have one play in the NBA and one in college today..1-2 yesterday on posted. I will say that I haven't lost an NBA play in a while, but have only posted 4 in the last week...here's what I got:
Dallas Utah under 200.5
Even though Dallas is playing great, a trap lays in wait in SLC tonight. I like the Jazz to slow down the boys and bring home an under "W". Utah will not run and gun with the Mavs and their defense is much better than people give credit.
PLAY ON UNDER 200 1/2
Seattle/New Orleans under 190 1/2
The line is real goofy on this one and has gone down all day. yet the betting public % is still on the over even with a 3 point drop from the opening line. I'm going to fade the public big time and jump on board with Vegas in this one. New Orleans doesn't know if Lee Nailon or Baron Davis will step on the hardwood tonight. I'm gonna roll with the under especially after Seattle played a late one last night against Houston.

Playing Chicago +8.5 tonight - this is a steal!!
chicago is a quality team ATS, and more than that they are competitive against whomever they play. They are being given an extra couple points here as a result of playing back to back and going into OT - but they been off for a week so they cant be tired and no one logged huge minutes either - if anything you could say that the Cavs could be ring rusty for the week off. plus cavs still have few injured guys coming back...
Also taking Wiz -4 & Indiana -4 and liking Over 201 in GSW game but not decided on that yet. Very tempted by Houston too and considering pick-riding JD's Portland pick
Can I finish by saying that with regards to the on going spat on the board - I think that JD generally does well when he picks special plays that no one else likes; I dont think he's rubbing it in - albeit that Takis you feel robbed on account of shaq going down - as I would too (and Shaq does count ). In general I think everyone has to remember that for every play you make - some else has the opposite side; so win graciously, and respect all the others here regardless - no need for this board to degenerate into CBS board nonsense.

Betting these games due to line movement:
1) Spurs (-10.5 -115) - 40% on Spurs and line goes from -9.5 to -11, got -10.5 -115 on Bodog.
2) Jazz (+5 -115) 77% on Dallas and line at most books went from -5 to -4.5.
3) Clippers (+9 -105) - 69% on Suns and line goes from -9.5 to -9.
