Aight guys last night I posted the Rockets and Heat-7. I actually got the Heat at -6.5 at the time I called it in and I'm sure everybody else did. I posted it at -7 before I left for work yesterday morning....thats a 2-0 night on my part if thats ok with Mr. PC....that now updates my record to 30-8-1....lines are not out yet but ill see if i can get a pick in before late games...

I just wanted to put out a warning on Duke tonight. I think N.C. St. will win this game. Shavlik Randolph and Reggie Love are both out and NC St. is desperate. NC St. is a good team with Julius Hodge the ACC player of year last year. Duke will have a short bench tonight and have struggled recently despite their record. Duke has lost 3 straight ATS, and should lose this one SU.

Hope everyone had a good nigth last night. i went 3-0 on posted plays and thanks to pak played one more late to go 4-0 on the night. if you're monitoring my wages you'll know i'm up 4,100 now. my late play was for a nickel. great week and i want to keep it going.
now early on i'm looking at this game and wondering if vegas is trying to sucker me into this game.
niagra +4 1/2 looks like a frickin gift. The jaspers have really owned the purple eagles as of late. last year they beat them three times including in the conference tournament. however every game was very close. this year though manhattan is without their best player from last year luis flores who is now in the nba. both teams have three starters back but the main one is juan mendez. the guy just dominates. if you look at both teams on paper, niagra is the better team. also look at like opponents and there's one our beloved stags of fairfield. manhattan lost to fairfield by 8 and niagra beat fairfield by 12. i see a revenge game happening for purple eagles here. manhattan though don't get me a wrong is a very good home team and should not be overlooked.

Another sub-.500 night at 1-2. Probably time to play more of the consensus games on this board (I did end up also playing the Stags last night, thanks to all who posted it). I'll post these two today then just play any consensus games for a while:

La. Lafayette (-3') - They've played a tough schedule (6th most difficult) and it's a small # vs a bad S. Alabama team.

Over the past 5 games, houston is hitting 108ppg on 48%fg and 38.5% from 3point line.
McGrady has 28.2 points over his last 18 games to increase his scoring average by 4.5 points
NY Jersey over the past 5 games:
is scoring 85ppg on 40%shooting and 25% from behind the arc, whilst conceding 95ppg and allowing teams to shoot 46% fg and 42% from behind the line.
I think I'll take Houston to cover at least 12-15 points.
The only danger is if this game turns into a slow paced game which it could quiet conceivably be; if the total goes under 170 - it might be a tighter game to cover...
JT & others, might follow you on Niagra play... and to follow up on what JT said bout playing within ur means; smartest thing I've seen written here in a long time.
Play big outta ur profits if you want but dont lose your shirt on this shit; it should be entertainment as much as possible, and if you can keep a small profit on plays running (10-20%) along the way then great - otherwise this isnt for you.
