1. Geez, getting pummeled into the ground already and we just started.  No one could even try to lose seven straight without a W to start the playoffs.  When it's going bad, it doesn't seem to stop.  I hope these playoffs stay true to normal form of the NBA playoffs; otherwise this is going to be brutal for me.  This is what I'm rolling with (and I won't even bother with the write-ups cause I'm irritated right now):

LAKERS -11.5  (the Hornets played about as perfect as they could and the Lakers were not good at all; I would not be surprised to see the Lake Show roll with four straight W's to finish the series, but they just don't bring it every night; they will demolish the Hornets in this game, though)

   
   

   3* SAN ANTONIO -8.5  (the Grizz are ecstatic to get their first playoff win in franchise history; the Spurs will tighten up the D in this game and pull away with an easy double digit win)
