    Stronger of the two plays. McNabb struggles v.s. Dallas Def. and that was with Philly's playmakers. Now he and the skins have none and are stuck with old slow RB's,even older WR's and scare no one on off.    Dallas sruggles on  off. during the preseason have been more than talked about, but playing it safe and simple, they're not that bad on off. They will however also struggle this week out of the gate on the road v.s. a still solid Redskin Def. unit. Points will be hard to come by in this one for both. Barring def. or ST. easy quick scores, I see this one staying under the number with ease.  Something like 20-6  to 20-13 range. ( Do lean to the Cowboys,with them having a stronger 2nd half for the win.But the total is the better play)
