I'm posting this pick early because I believe the line with go up fast!
New Jersey (-4) home vs Detroit
NJ has won their last 8 straight up and ATS and Detroit is 1-6-1 ATS in their last 8. There is no hotter team than NJ. Got the spread on Sportsbook.com on their overnight lines, can see this game going up to -6 by tipoff. I will post other games later, went 1-1 yesterday winning with the Spurs an losing Northern Illinois.

i'm with you CJ with the parlay as i lost one of the 5 again last night! today i will take a cheapy 3 game parlay but the payout is more then picking one team with the spread as its just about 1-1
Parlay:
TWOLVES ML ( cant lose two in a row at home, easpecially against the CLip)
NC STATE ML (playing way to good, and playing at home)
Kentucky ML (they cant lose at home to alabama! can they? heh)
if i was able to watch it and keep an eye on the games i'd feel like this had 90% of hitting but since i cant watch tonight i am a lil worried but oh well..to my other picks

another strong day yesterday going 2-0 with pitt (barely) and houston/spurs over. 5-0 in the last 2 days. looking to stay hot again today.

this is very simple. michigan state is playing very strong right now and are learning from their early season schedule. look beyond their poor road record and see how many close games they have played on the road. Illinois is just plain overrated, and only has a reputation bacause of their name. This time of year in conference play, the better team usually wins big games home or away. yes, this is a popular pick, but don't let that scare you. Sometimes, believe it or not, the line is simply wrong. don't think there has to be a reason and they are trying to get all the money on one side. Pick with your brain, not with second thoughts about why the line is what it is. sorry to banter there, but people are so often misguided by thoughts of deception instead of just going with their gut. I'm thinking of a smaller play on the ml here too +210 pays out just over double!

nets/pistons over 174.5 (buy down to 174)
much like yesterdays play with houston/sa. two of the best teams in the east. although Larry's teams don't score a ton of points, statistically they play up to their competition offensively. look for the nets to put up points at home (as they have been lately) and detroit will score with them to keep this one close.
if you like parlays (i don't) i'm trying this one tonight since i have good but not great feelings about a bunch of games: 5 teamer

stayed out of the game yesterday, a day to relax and recover from an up and down week. But todays play of the day is the kings giving 3 to the bucks.
other plays for tonight are the pistons. a good team that plays close games going up against a team that is very hot, but how many can they win in a row, im betting the streak ends tonight.
miami/lakers over 176
pacers giving 6.5 to bulls
Dalls by 6.5 over the knicks
raptors getting 3.5 against suns, (probably will win outright)
Also looking at blazers to see if their newly acquired players are playing.

Went 3-2 yesterday...BUT I learned a vailable lesson. NEVER let someone talk you out of a game. I had N.Mexico on my board and was talked into switching it to U.Conn. Should have been 4-1. So a lesson in the books. Tonite I played....
