I hate to say it Jim, but i'm liking the Nuggets.
Denver is kicking ass at home, and seems to perform well against the top teams.
Spurs are still on the Rodeo Roadtrip from hell, and haven't looked too impressive.
What makes you think the Spurs will cover or win?

Magic may even win this one outright.

i hate these days with only 2 games. makes me feel like i have to force it to play them both. but i think i'll just take a pass on the Spurs/Nuggets. I like the Nuggets, but not enough to put my money on them.

these definitely aren't the easy pickings of yesterday. You'd shit if you saw how much time i put into those picks yesterday.
I looked at the lines at my book, and just laughed when i saw the Pistons and Clippers as favorites. That was the end of my analysis. Bets down. I guess when you know, you know. no need to analyze it to death and talk myself out of winners.
These games today i had to take a close look at how they are doing, and all the standard research. Magic are way hot, but so are the Cavs, and i can't see either of them winning by more than 1-2 points. 6.5 is way too many.
With the Spurs, i look at how they played an undermanned, yet overachieving Laker team. They got smoked from wire to wire. Kind of think the Nuggets do the same. Spurs have only beaten the Clippers and Kings on this trip. Clips are horrid, Kings are so-so at home. On the other side, Portland and the Lakers smoked the Spurs. that's why i lean the way i do on this game.
