Adam Eaton is about to spend his final night in the majors. He was blasted in his last start by the Red Sox for six runs in just four innings and has an astronomical 11.25 ERA and an 0-2 record on the season. Since Chicago has averaged almost eight runs a game over the last four games, I expect Eaton to get pounded again today.

Take the White Sox on the road.

All signs point to a good duel tonight at the Maid as the Dodgers and Astros finish up their series. Chad Billingsley is off to a great start and he really looks as though he's poised to enter the elite circle among the game's best pitchers. Billingsley may still have the occasional game where control becomes an issue, but those are becoming the exception rather than the rule. There just isn't any doubt about his stuff. Billingsley has pitched very well at this locale, with a 2-0, 1.06 ledger. Wandy Rodriguez is a very tough southpaw whose biggest problem has been staying healthy. But right now all systems seem to be go for him, and he

s normally at his best in home games. Rodriguez will be a candidate to wear down later, but for the time being he's a good bet to pitch well. This has the look of a tight and low scoring contest and I'll go Under the number between the Dodgers and Astros.
