MISSOURI VALLEY CHAMPIONSHIP:
Guys, BP is on the golf course, this was my early service play so only fitting I throw it out here since I can't get it on the site. I wanna give props to the newly minted Missouri Valley Guru from Canada, Takis. He sent me an email asking what I thought and our man from Canada absolutely smoked the Semi's. I didn't release on them but Takis was WAY ON POINT!
Good pix bro...we both nailed Ill. State but I would have gone the wrong way on Creighton, but really glad you hit.
let's get to it:
UNI and Illinois State
Bracket buster...for real, no other way to call this game. Creighton is in the dance and the winner of this game is taking a spot away from the at large field. If you saw the semi's, which I watched on tape delay yesterday, Illinois State played their best game of the year. I just can't see that happening twice in a row against the 22 win Panthers. At one point this season, UNI had ripped off 8 straight Valley victorys. Well, both teams can save their cinderella season and get to the dance with a win tonight. I've capped the Valley all year and I'll tell you what, Illinois State ran out of gas on a short schedule when I lost on them in their bracket buster game in February. I see the same situation here. In terms of time of games over the last 2 days, UNI has had the best schedule. They should be more rested and the experience factor is huge. UNI starts a quality core of players that have been their two years. Both teams are going to be nervous knowing that with a win your in, a loss and say hello to a home game for the NIT opening round. Let's look at the numbers;
**UNI has covered and won both games this year.
**UNI owes some payback, the Redbirds knocked the Panthers out of last year's tourney.
**UNI is 4-1 ATS in it's last 5 including a SU win as a dog @ Illinois state.
Guys, it's a dicey play but I have to take the points based on the experience and fatigue factor. UNI has a deeper bench and knows how to play slow ball. If it gets to foul trouble, the Redbirds have a very short bench.

UNC vs. Duke:
Let's roll over 164. These two teams love to run, shoot, and run some more. From my days of following Roy at Kansas, it's fun to see that secondary break back in transition for the Tarheels. When he was at Kansas, KU was in the top 5 in scoring every year. He runs the same offense and as Takis will tell you from the first game, I was on Duke and the over. UNC covered, but the over was easy money. I again am hitting this over as these two teams can score 20 points in 2 minutes, which we will need today to cover that high number. Don't see any reason to not ride the over again in this landmark game.

GL players...get ready for the madness. We have the 100.00 pool that Billz won last year out of the Midwest. Short time frame to get money in, but it's a good pool.
