1-0 ON DAILY BEST BET FOR THE MLB POST SEASON.
10-5-ANA OVER 8 1/2...W
MY PLAY TODAY:
ANAHEIM +115 ML..COLON VS. PEDRO
Reasons to back the Halo's:
Bartolo's Hot 2nd half and 6-1 record at home since the All Star break.
Pedro has lost his last four and has an ERA over 4.2 on the road since Aug 15'th.
Angels bats historically do well against pedro (esp. molina and glaus)
I can't see the Halo's going into boston down 0-2.
5 units to win 5.5 units
Good luck all slam the man.
PC's MLB postseason record:
1-0 ATS +5 units

I am going out of town tonight, so here are my picks for this weekend. Please be forwarn that I am currently on a little slum, but nevertheless.
NCAA
Penn State (+11.5) While Penn State has struggled offensively this year, their D has played inspired football. I know that Purdue offense is deadly, but this is their 3rd Road Game in a row so I expect them to be tired and after a battle with their state rival Notre Dame, I look for them to play less inspired football against an inferior opponent in Penn State. On the flip side, I do not regard Purdue D is being top notch so that Penn State should be able to put up a few points at home to cover the spread. Penn State keeps it close in this one.
South Caroline (-17) Lou Holtz troop is playing hard as usual and their D is very good against the run. If they can stop Ole Miss running game, that would force Ole Miss QB first year starter to struggle in the air. The Gamecocks win this one comfortably.
====
NFL
Ravens/Skins UNDER 34 . Two exceptional defenses going against two below level offenses.
Seattle (-7) Seattle off last weekend gave them an extra week to prepare for the Rams, which doesn't look very good this year. Seattle Defense should roll once again and their offense should feast against Rams Defense.
Good luck everyone.
