Since I'm a local boy in Philly this might only apply to me, but one of my friend's bookies is going to stop taking bets on the Eagles to cover -9.5 @ Bears b/c the public is all going for the Birds! Obviously it's biased because of hometown favoritism, but I think the spread is only going to go up esp. seeing as Da Bears have a JV Quarterback starting this week.

Last week was off the hook going 6-0, with my upset pick of the week actually pulling off the victory. (Jac over Ten)
This week there are a large number of home dogs which is always scary, as they do tend to cover or pull out some upsets, but this week I believe its a different story.

BILLS/PATS UNDER 35.5 (2UNITS)
Bills Under came in all last season except for twice. So far Under is 2-0 this season for Bills. Under is 10 out of last 11 in Bills vs Pats. Neither of these teams has an explosive O. The Bills O has been struggling for ever and their D always keeps them in the game (which is why I will not pick a side).
Jets -6 (2UNITS)
I will fade Miami until either of their terrible QBs does something. They are a non-dimensional team this year... Enough said!!!
N.O. Saints -3 (1UNIT)
Zona hasn't looked too bad so far but I don't think they can pull this one off with the oldest running back in the history of running backs. LoL. Aaron Brooks gets this done for Coast 2 Coast All Stars $$$

Today in the NFL looks out of place with so many home dogs, but the fact of the matter is, the better teams are playing on the road this weekend ! BUT, the better team doesnt always win. 1) Houston Texans + 2.5. Hou 9-5 as a home dog ats. Hou is a whole better then most think.
2) Cin**Pitt Over 38.5 . Not many stats support a over play here. Hard to stat basically 2 rookie QB's. But, there are WEAPONS all over the field for both teams. I like the over !
3) BUFFALO BILLS + 5.5. Simply put, Buffalo is not a 0-3 team with the talent on that team. NE is awesome and execute like no other, but they are battling injuries. Watch the Corey Dillon**Takeo Spikes matchup. ( former teammates for many years ). Whoever wins this battle, wins the game. I like Buffalo to cover the spread !! Buf is my BEST BET !

Had a great day yesterday going 5-2 on my posted plays. Here are my NFL plays for today:
1) Jets (-6) - Miami is 1-9 ATS last 10 at home and Jets are 7-3 ATS last 10 against Miami. Offense has been good for Jets and Miami's D is good, but will be tired by end of game since they will be on the field most of the game. Miami's offense is the worst I've seen in a long time!
2) Colts (-3.5) - I figure Colts will put up over 30 points and that would mean Jags will have to equal that total which thier offense isn't capable of pulling off. Jags are the luckiest 3-0 team and their luck will run out today, could easily be 1-2 and Colts could be 3-0 if not for turning ball over 3 times in red zone against Pats. Colts are 10-4 ATS last 14 away, even though Colts D isn't good, their offense will put up enough points to cover.
3) Pats/Bills under 35 - Last 10 meetings between the 2 have played under. Under is 16-2 in Bills last 18.
6.5 point 2 team teaser: Eagles (-2.5) & Pats (+1).

First let me say, I am a Denver Broncos fan. With that being said, they are going to lose today. The Broncos have an outstanding defense but their offense has been horrible and chances are they are only going to get worse. Quintin Griffin has completely lost his confidence. Jake Plummer is still forcing the ball. And now they go against TB's defense, which will stop the run and force Plummer to beat them. Not going to happen. Denver's defense will keep the game close and low scoring, but the Bucs will pound Pittman just enough to win. Take TB (+3) and Under (35).
