The Lakers were just the better team in this series. I would be pissed if I had the Spurs after that shot by Sasha at the buzzer, but you also have to figure that the Lakers carelessly turned the ball over late and the Spurs drained a three off the turnover. That game could have gone either way, in terms of the spread. And it landed right on the number (I believe 7.5 was out there, though, in some places at different times). I guess that's why I didn't play it; I knew it would land on the number. ESP!!!!!

DETROIT -5.5 (the buy down to 5 is definitely recommended here; I just don't think the C's can close this one out on the road whether Rip plays or not, but we all know he will play; I actually believe the Pistons will take it to the Celtics in this game and not let a big lead slip away like the Celtics did in Game 5; again, backs against the wall and playing at home, I like the Pistons; they won't get annihilated on the boards like last game; no ML play on this one, though)
