  1. Hey guys...Haven't been around too much lately. I'll update my record later but wanted to get this game posted!

I like this game alot tonight....

The Rays (11-11) are just 4-7 this year at Tropicana Field, and the Red Sox took the first two games of all three of their series in St. Petersburg last year, as Wakefield won two series openers.

Wakefield (2-0, 3.96 ERA) is 19-3 in his career against the Rays, with more wins against them than any other pitcher. The Florida native won his first nine career decisions at Tampa Bay before losing his most recent start last September, but he still has a 2.41 ERA in 101 innings there, allowing just 71 hits.

With the Sox losing their last two...I see a huge bounce back tonight! I will be playing this game with confidence!!

    BoSOX (WAKEFIELD)------------------- -120 5 Units (600-500)

  3. Hockey picks today.

    I'm taking both dogs tonight.

Rangers +130. NYR has played really well to close the season and they looked great against the Devils. The Pens swept the Senators, but the Sens were hurt, divided and had already given up. It was an easy series...too easy. The Rangers have the experience needed to win on the road and a far better goaltender. They won the season series 5-3, winning one in Pitt.

Stars +135. Wow. SJ, who was the public's pick to win the Cup this year, struggled to beat Calgary in 7. Meanwhile, Dallas stunned everyone with a convincing defeat of the Stanley Cup champs in 6 taking two on the road. These teams split the season series 4-4, but SJ won two of those in a shoot out. I like Dallas to shock SJ here.

Man it is hard for me to play a knuckleballer against all that speed. I wish the BOL and couldn't play the Rays but the speed scares me against Wake.
