2. 1-2 yesterday for -2.45 units

   Tried to narrow it down, but I really like these. All for 2 units

   Zona -145 I find Zona's been underated all year and now they have Haren on the mound

   Pitt -122. Just like last year, Snell's starting the year very well. The Pitt bats should be able to gets some hits off Arroyo

   Bos/NYY O 9.5 -115. I hit the under, but today I think the over is the way to go. Mussina can be hit and I think Beckett's still clearing some cobwebs.

   TB/O's O 9.5. This should go over with ease.

3. Now I know why I do not play totals....because I can't!

   These puck guys have been tearing it up!! Another winning night by these two (Takis & Sherlock) and I may start drinking Molson's!!!! BP nice work as well!! Messy, you have been making awful plays you fucking loser.

   Chicago WHITE Sox (Floyd) ----------- +120 (3 Units) 300-360

   Verlander (0-1, 6.17 ERA) faced Chicago in his last start and gave up a career-high nine runs -- four earned -- and seven hits in 5 2-3 innings of a 13-2 home loss on Sunday. He fell to 1-5 with a 6.00 ERA in nine starts against the White Sox. He is 0-3 with a 5.97 ERA in five starts at U.S. Cellular Field, and the Tigers have lost all of those games. He's given up eight homers and 33 total hits over 28 2-3 innings in those outings. Verlander will also be counted on to give Detroit some innings after its bullpen was forced to record every out in a 5-2 win on Friday to open this series That is a HUGE factor IMO. With no bullpen, the Sox (WHITE that is) have a good shot at running away with this game! FLOYD is 2-0 when starting against DETROIT with an ERA of 3.03 and a WHIP of 1.348.

   His team's record is 4-1 in these starts. Floyd is however looking for his first win at home in two seasons!!

   NY Mets (Santana) ------------ -145 2 Unit (290-200)

   Two studs going head to head here!! I like the home team and shit, anytime you can get Santana under 150 is great!!! Also, Sheets hasn't fared well against New York, going 3-2 with a 5.45 ERA in six starts while allowing the Mets to hit .317 off him. This helps too!!!

   BoSoX (Beckett) --------------- -160 1 Unit (160-100)

   Going with Beckett at home against a washed up Mussina. The Sox need to get jump started and this is a great spot to do it!! In his last nine starts in the series, Mussina is just 2-3 with a 7.08 ERA, having allowed 70 hits and 13 home runs in just 48 1-3 innings.

4. Messy. I like NYMs too, but I didn't list it. Sheets has been lights out this year. The under is tempting too, but it's 7.

   Pick: Atlanta -1.5 runs +100 (runline)

   When John Smoltz takes the mound, the Braves expect to win. Over the last two years when Smoltz has been on the hill and the Braves are on the road and win, they are 14-2 against the -1.5 runline. The Nats were 11-30 in home losses last year against the 1.5 runline and that's where the value lies in the game today. The Nats surprised with a 3-0 start, but are now on an eight-game losing streak. They have scored just three runs in their last two games. Smoltz is 54-16 against teams that average under one homerun per game and 31-11 against the runline vs. NL teams scoring under 4.4 runs per game. We'll ride the Braves to roll to a convincing win on the road behind Smoltz.

   Game: Minnesota at Memphis (9:00 PM Eastern)

   Pick: Memphis -3.5 (-110)

   The Grizzlies have had a long season and the win column has been difficult to find. They have, to their credit, not quit. Their best stretch of the season has been over their last 14 games where they have played to a 7-7 record. The one area they have shined all season is at home against teams that are not playoff-bound. Since the first of the year, Memphis has just 13 wins but nine of them have come at home vs teams not heading for the playoffs. They are 9-1 SU and 9-1 ATS against the weaker teams. That short list includes five double-digit wins, and a margin of victory of 10.5 ppg. Minnesota has just one win in their last seven games, and four of the losses have been complete blowouts. Minnesota is 28-37 ATS this season as an underdog and 11-23 ATS after covering the spread in their last game. Memphis gets this one, and we will back them at home.

8. 4-0 in posted plays. i have played sparingly and hit my spots. i think i found another one for us.

   nets are eliminated from playoffs and have nothing to play for. carter is ques. but i think he'll play. nets have beaten bucks three times this season. prof. athletes are also competitors and don't like to lose. i think the home crowd will push this team to a win tonight.

    I'm going after San Diego tonight. For those that play fantasy with me, they know I hate Dereke Lowe. But tonight, I have to roll on Young and the Dodgers. There are so many new faces in L.A. that the team hasn't really jelled yet. Andruw is hitting under 100%, we got new management, new pitching, and a somewhat questionable bullpen. Let's not kid ourselves, the bats in San Dee Aygo as my boy Ron Burgendy would say, are not all that up to snuff. But in this game, I'll take the Pads to win the 2nd game in the series.

    MLB:

    I'll roll on over 9 in the Seattle/Halos tilt tonight in Seattle. Huge pitchers park but I have to believe, especially after what we saw last night, that this game will go over. The pub is currently 2:1 favoring the under.

    Some stats:

    **Both Garland starts this year had final scores of 9-1 and 4-10.

    **Last year Garland lost 11-5 at Seattle to the relatively same offensive team.

    **Cali's bullpen without K Rod had serious trouble last night giving up 3 runs, 2 BB's, and 5 hits in 2.1 innings.

    **Last year the two teams went 6-3 ATS on the over.

    Silva is garbage, he can't K anyone, but he does limit damage. I think the good sticks and baserunning of Chone and Company will be too much for the M's. But, they've had success against Garland and he's not the best of road pitchers.

    2** on Seattle/California over 9

    GL fellas...Had a rough day in futbol, hoping the night card gets it back. Riding with BP as well, as a Royals fan I can't believe Tomko actually won a game this year. That's 1 game more than I projected. And Boof hasn't pitched badly this year, should come together for him tonight.
