ughh, a dismal 1-3 yesterday for -5.15 units.
Overall: 11-15 -7.8 units
I have four today that I like.
Reds -110 3 units. Harang was my $$ man last year and I'll keep it going. Their bats can hang with the Brewcrew and the pitching wins it here.
Braves -113. 2 units Colorado haven't found their bats yet, and with Hudson on the mound for the Braves, it won get any easier for them. Francis should do better than his last start, but not enough.
St.L. -145. 4 units. Wow, SF might be the worst team in the majors. I easily see 100 losses for them this year. If the line is low and Cain or Lincecum isn't pitching, I'm fading them big time.
TB/Sea O 9.5 -120. 2 units. TB can hit and their putting Jackson on the mound. Sure, he had gem first game this season, but he career ERA is 5.56
Leans.
Sea +115
Wsh/Fla O 9.5 -105
Be back with pucks later

Disclaimer ... I am not hard researching these plays, these plays are derived from me looking at the Opening Lines, The Line Movements, the Public Percentages, and so forth. I was curious on simply looking at those above factors, and not the obvious mlb factors, how I would do. I truly believe knowing Vegas and how they work the lines, is more important then knowing the clean up batter, or the pitchers. Let's see ...

I am also going with Baltimore in the first game...Millwood has owned Baltimore but the Orioles are playing well thus far. The Rangers have been very inconsistent and have been unable to score runs for Millwood. I'll take my shot getting +135!
Baltimore Orioles-early game (Trachsel) ------- +135 2 Units (200-270)
GOOD LUCK BOYOS!!!!

All right, I had some hits but I'll re set the record until BP and I get going again.
MLB 0-0 ATS
Thursday night MLB:
Roll with me on Oakland +145 @ Toronto. Yes, I know the Jays are smarting from 2 straight home defeats and attempting to avoid the sweep, but fellas, you gotta know Dana Eveland is on the hill tonight. The centerpiece of the Harden trade, the A's knew what they were doing when they got Eveland. He just might make everyone forget the long line of pitchers who made an exodus from Oakland..>Zito, Hudson, Haren...Eveland is the real deal and will show it tonight. This line is wrong, at worst should be -115 toronto. Dana went 7 innings with 7 K's while allowing 1 earned run in his first start. If you remember me harping on this cat last year, he opened the season 3-0 after a call up and was absolutely stellar. This line is a joke and vegas bases it on the fact that you guys don't know dana and think the Jays can avoid the sweep. Good luck if you ride.
ROLL WITH ME ON OAKLAND +145 ML
2 units to win 2.9 units
Play #2:
New York Mets over 9.
Maine this, Maine that. He's a decent pitcher but against the Phillies bats he will give it up like a sophomore prom date. The only thing worse is the Freshman prom date Adam Eaton who will be giving it up like no other tonight. Phillie's bats are too good to not get a few and both bullpens are suspect in my opinion. I expect this game to be a banger and hopefully over by the 7'th.
Just some food for thought:
Two teams combined are 10-6 ATS on the over so far this year.
John Maine got lit up by ATL to the tune of an 11-6 final in his first start this year.
Eaton usually does well (2-1 in last 3 SU) against the Mets, but two of those games were during that miraculous collapse by the Mets last year.
2.3 units (-115) to win 2 units on over 9 -115
GL boyz..I'll have my daily NBA best bet up by 5:30 PM CST on Jdelt's threads daily.
Have a great day and so happy the boys of summer are back. My work productivity goes in the clink but my gambling productivity increases tenfold. I think I got my priorities straight but my boss disagrees. (Typical Red Sox fan)
Peace

How long before the Sox offense explodes???
BoSOX (Wake) ------- -125 (2 Units)
Ortiz is (over)due....Although he struggles vs Robertson, I see an explosion tonight readying for the Spunkees.. RObertson is 2-3 with a 6.42 ERA in seven career starts vs the Sox.
