Let me get this straight...Halladay at +140?! This guy, when healthy, is one of the few elite pitchers in baseball. With a career 10-4 record and 2 CG's against the yanks, Halladay definitely knows how to handcuff these guys. And as usual, opening day rolls around and the Yanks are overpriced. If Wang can keep his sinker low, he is deadly. But, if you are telling me that this fairly new pitcher is -160 over a proven guy and cy young candidate year in and year out, that's just insane. This is the best play on the board.
Chicago Cubs -140
All of ya'll know I'm a huge Cubs fan. I will make a play on them or against them, as I am not a biased fan when it comes to my money. The only thing that concerns me in this game is the weather. It is suppose to rain and I'm always hesitant to put my hard earned on a game that could be called, or where there is a delay and the SP's don't come out again. But I know Ben, and he does not like to pitch in the cold, especially on a day like today. Cubs are primed for a WS run this year. Notice how Z isn't making any predicitons like he did last year and got off to a horrible start. I think he learned his lesson about personal goals. Today, he lets his pitching do the talking.
Any other plays, I will try and post them but those are the two I got right now. I don't like to play many games a day, maybe 1-2 I like best for the day.Any more than that, and you won't profit.

Bedard's home opener and Millwood's opening day start in that cavern of a pitcher's park. Great bullpen in Seattle and Millwood usually does well against the West (when healthy.)
In the last 10 overall last year 7-3 ATS on the under head to head.
In the last 3 at Seattle last year...3-0 ATS on the under.
Millwood's last two starts against Seattle were 2-4 and 1-5 losses.
Beltre is typically a slow starter and the M's bats don't scare me unless Ichiro has a field day. However, Suzuki and Kenji both hit under 250% in spring training and that's a good sign for our under.
