    Tonight:

    Roll with me on the Lake Show under 225 1/2 @ home against Phoenix.

    Sure, sounds like two big offenses, but let's really look.

    Phoenix: Lost stud Grant Hill (and I use that lightly the injured prone Hill is a fantasy bastard!) and replaced with Boris Diaw. Diaw has really done nothing with this opportunity and it shows. Nash recently had the flu, Amare was limping, and the Suns bench wasn't as deep as in years past. The team is due to explode but I dont' think it will happen tonight.

    L.A.: Bynum out for 8 weeks. Take away the boards and the inside presence. Kwame Brown is a beanpole and will have trouble offensively. Kobe on national TV means showtime, but it will come from 1/2 court sets. I expect both Kobe and Derek Fisher to have a big game tonight. This is a big number and I usually roll on the over with a high total, but tonight I think your gonna see an under.

    Some numbers:

    Phoenix is 4-1 ATS on the under in the last 5 on the road

    Lakers are 2-1 on the under in the last 3. (However they are around 500% in the last 10)

    The last 4 in the series have gone OVER...no way it hits 5 in a row.

    Did I mention the pub is slammin the over to the tune of 81%? I can't verify this but from what I see the pub when at 80% or more on a total are 34% ATSin the last 4 weeks in the NBA. (Again don't quote me on that, I can't verify the results of the last 4 weeks on V.I.)

    Not a huge play for me..the gun is coming tomorrow on the NBA total of the year
