Picks for Wed, Sep 1st
A lot of good picks again yesterday! Lets keep it up...
I'm looking at:
NYY (They MUST go out and get some respect... El Duque on the mound today)
Oak
Detroit (KC fucked up a lot of us in the 9th last night. Not again!)
Houston
SanFran
I'll probably bet Det SU and come up with some parlay(s) for the others because the MLs are expensive...
Oh, and of course I'll bet the San Francisco OVER..,, HHAHAHAHAHHAHA. Thanks to PC for finding this train for us...

I'm staying away from the early game and I would advise the same. The obvious play is on Houston and backing Mr. Roy, but I'm staying away from it. Cincy has lit Oswalt up in the past and his road ERA sucks. Note the Cubs win on his last away game. He got torched. Anyways, good luck, I'm not playing that one, have a great day and I'll post later..

Florida Marlins + 100 (at) New York (60-71) is 1-8 on the current home stand. The Mets are 3-8 last 11 Glavine (9-10, 3.05) starts. Glavine has allowed 16 runs in 23 1/3 innings over his last four starts. Florida (68-62) has won 5 straight and 8 of 10 to pull within three games of the NL Wildcard lead. The Marlins are 3-1 in four Valdez (11-7, 5.16) starts since acquiring him from the Padres, Valdez allowing 9 runs in 22 innings over the four games. What's up fellas$$$$ Made a nice score with my 10 unit play on the Under/PHL last night. Overall went 3-3 with a profit of +6.55 units.
One big play for me again tonight.
Royals (+135) Best Bet
Zack Greinke is the real deal for the Royals. He will be a very good pitcher in this league someday. He has already shown signs of it this year, especially at home. Although his overall numbers aren't great (6-9 with 4.49 ERA he has pitched very well at home. At home he is 5-4 with a 3.94 ERA 42K and only 10 BB (an over 4-1 ratio). He's been even hotter of late at home going 3-0 with a 2.00 ERA against three high scoring teams (CLE, CWS and TEX). Maroth on the other hand is not good on the road, where he is 5-8 with an ERA near 5.00. The Royals don't score much, but won't need much to beat Detroit tonight. I playing 7 units on KC.
Royals 5 Tigers 3
Average plays (3 Units)
Over/PHL (9.5)
Under/STL (9.5) (PC's pick)
Other small plays (1 unit):
A's (-210)
Orioles (+105)
Over/SF (9.5o -120)
Good luck all!!!

Great week so far..8-2 +15 units even going into Wednesday night. I have 3 plays for us
BEST BET: St. Louis Cardinals/San Diego Padres under 9 1/2.
I like the way Eaton and Carpenter have pitched lately. Carpenter has been dominant and even though Eaton's record and ERA don't show it, he has been solid since the All Star Break. I'm not huge on this, but a best bet for me.
4 units on Under 9 1/2 St. Louis/San Diego
Ave Bet:
Milwaukee -120 ML..I saw this post from another capper I know and I like it. Santos should have no problem with Pittsburgh and Vogelsong, while talented, still gives up too many walks and Homers.
Play on Milwaukee -120 ML
3 units for me.
BEST BET:
Minnesota ML -110 Park vs. Mulholland....Are you frickin kidden me, screw that, I'm going back right now to change this to a best bet...hang on. Allright, here's the skinny:
Chan Ho Park, affectionaly referred to as "Ho" from here on out, is a terrible pitcher. In 5 road starts this year, he is 2-2 with a 5.17 ERA. His last two starts in the road went over with totals of 16, 17 against. Ho is a terrible pitcher and also has a high walk ratio with 14 walks in 24 innings of work against. I'm on Mulholland tonight and the "no respect" Minnesota Twins as a home pick em.
PLAYING MINNESOTA for 5 units.
UPSET SPECIAL: Arizona Diamondbacks+130 Nomo vs. Webb
As always, if scheduled pitcher's dont go off, I'm not on it.
OH YEAH....SAN FRAN OVER DAY 26
Yeah, I'm on it again. I'll ride it at the over 10 tonight, wish I would have booked it at 9 1/2 this morning.
SAN FRAN OVER 10 Average Bet 2 units
Good luck tonight whatever your on.
