I don't expect the Big 10 to do very well in the Bowls
However, I think the Boilers cover this number
Boilers had 5 turnovers to CMU's 3 turnovers and won by a chunk earlier this year.
I expect Tiller to do something right against an unranked opponent - We all know what Tiller does against decent competition (HE SUCKS)
I would predict the Boilers will win the TO battle this time and whis will be reflected on the mscoreboard.
