ok i took it yesterday with denver. i thought they were gonna win at the end of the game but oh well. my big plays recently haven't fared so well.
record is
93-56-6.
nba is opening up. i actually can't stand betting on that sport but i had some success with it last season so i'll go at it again.

Slow sports day, so I'll start a topic.
I think it's crazy that the Colts won the Super Bowl, improved their team on both sides of the ball, is undefeated, at home AND gets 5 points.
I think it's crazy, but I won't bet against the Pats.

The first couple weeks of the NBA could win the most money. It takes a while for the odds makers to get it rolling in their favor.
Spurs own Portland & Portland has a few injured players.

Told myself to stay away from hoops till NCAA, but well what fun would that be. Nothing big one Unit on each of these to test the waters.

San Antonio Spurs
Tim Duncan and the Spurs try for their fourth title in six years tonight, and no better of an opponent than the Oden-less Blazers. Duncan averaged 20 points and almost 11 rebounds a game last season, and for the first time in a long time, has not played international ball in the offseason. That will certainly result in him being fresher for the entire season. The usual cast of characters return, starting with Tony Parker at point guard, along with Manu Ginobili, Bruce Bowen, Robert Horry, Brent Barry, Michael Finley and Jacque Vaughn. The Blazers, meanwhile, will be without #1 pick Greg Oden, as well as leading scorer from last year, Zach Randolph, whom they traded to the Knicks in the offseason. The favorite is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings, and the home team is 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings. The Trail Blazers are 7-19 ATS in the last 26 meetings, and are 0-4 ATS in the last four meetings in San Antonio. Take the Spurs tonight.

Golden State Warriors
The Warriors are coming off an improbable run in the postseason, beating the Mavericks in the first round before the magical run ended in the conference semifinals against Utah, whom they play tonight. The Warriors are 5-1 ATS in their last six home games, and are 6-2 ATS in their last eight games as a favorite. They closed out the year 23-9-1 ATS in their last 33 games overall. As for the Jazz, they are only 3-7-1 ATS in their last 11 against the Pacific Division. Boozer, Deron Williams and Kirkenko come back as the key guys for the Jazz. Tonight, expect the Warriors to exact a bit of revenge on those three and the Jazz as a whole as Golden State wins by double digits
