He faces a rookie in Jimenez...I cannot take anything away from this kid BUT, look at what happened to Francis tonight....A rookie pitching in a Game 2 of the World Series at Fenway Park against a SOX offense that is lighting up the board and coming off an absolute ass-kicking....It just wont happen. Just look at what happened to Franklin Morales...Just before McCarver finshed licking his nuts, he was removed from the game with a hefty 94.50 (not a typo) World Series ERA!!! Then Spier...That HAS to kill is confidence!!! CR used 5 pitchers out of the pen....
Schilling may not be the Curt of old...But he has held his own this post season and with the Offense so goddamn hot his expectations are not that high!!
Again, experience will prevail!! EXPERIENCE!
I am just awaiting the line...which will dictate how much I am willing to wager (Discipline). Whether the lay-off or the pitching or if the Rocks are just simply outmatched...Playing the Sox is $$$$. Also, Rockies are on a ONE GAME LOSING STREAK...SOX HAVE WON 4 Straight!!

I love Boston Colleg on Thurs. Night! Yea, all of the special teams and defense and Thurs. night f'ball in Blacksburg is intimidating and all.... But, I look at the QB from BC and I see one of the next great quarterbacks at the next level- He reminds me of Carson Palmer when he was at USC!! And, I'm not a USC fan at all!
Va. Tech. hasn't played an offense with a leader like this yet- I think Ryan stands tall and delivers a big BC victory!

Yes, congrats to the Sox backers. I knew it could happen and boy did it ever, and it could again tonight, but I will once again take the "value" and go with the Rockies. I still think Sox are the better team, but can't help but to think the Rockies are not capable of a fight, therefor will again take

As I have said before, I respect the opinions of all who post. Yes, I am a homo...but I also have many facts and stats to back my plays. I could simply post 200 Units on a game, but I keep it real. Sure I think the Sox win tonight but shit, I am not going to risk tooo much!!! I also see that many people like the fact that they are getting 180 to every 100 played. Those are good numbers...BUT, is it worth it?? Nothing, and I mean NOTHING from last nights game can indicate that the Rockies have any chance. The starter sucked. The bullpen sucked. Their offense mustered one run. I agree, Schilling is getting older and vulnerable. However, he is going against an untested rookie. Schill has established himself in the past in post season and frankly has been pretty decent this post season. Rockies confidence is rattled. Alot of pressure on the rookie tonight. Remember Schilling is 2-0 in the AL playoffs this year, with one walk, 12 strikeouts and a 3.38 ERA. We shall see.....

I will take a stab at Va.Tech -3
Just don't think BC has faced a team with this much speed nor talent. I see a lot of pressure on Ryan this evening as Tech's corners can and will man up on BC's wideouts. If Ryan can pick apart this defense like he has all year, this is one bad ass dude !!!
FYI**
It's cold, windy and raining in Blacksburg. It has been raining going on 2 days straight now and I know some places in SW Virginia are going on 3+ inches of rain. Not for sure if Blacksburg falls into that category but the field should be nice and sloppy by the end of the 1st qtr.
Should make for a mistake filled game IMO.

There is a reason Va Tech is favored tonight folks, and it's not because they're home. BC hasn't faced a defense like Virginia Tech's all year long.
They have allowed a conference low 112 points. The Hokies held Duke to 194 total yards in a 43-14 win Oct. 13, their last game.
Duke doesn't hold a candle to what Matt Ryan and the Eagles offense can bring, but this Tech defense will be ready.
The Hokies have a 9-4 edge in the all-time series, and are 4-0 ATS in their last four games in October.
The Hokies are also 6-1 ATS in their last seven Thursday games, and are 5-1 ATS in their last six off a bye.
The Eagles are 2-5 ATS in their last seven away from home, and will lose this one to the Hokies by double digits.

Boy I am loving the Hype on VT. Fellas BC not only covers I think they win outright. Who has VT lost their only 2 Thursday night games to? Who has the #1 rush Defense in the nation? Who has the better balanced team? Who has the dominating offensive line? WHo has the heisman QB?
Yup BC!!
On the flip side I will give homefield and Special Teams to VT for sure. VT has not shown the ability to pass this year and their run offense is 90th nationally. As posted above this is the #1 rush D they are seeing tonight. Also IF Taylor can go I would have to expect his mobility will be limited and that is the entire reason he was in there to begin with, to hide the ineffectiveness of a poor VT Offensive Line.
I got much more but will leave it at that. Lots of trends point to BC here fellas...LOTS.

I can hang my hat and be glad on what I accomplished over the years.. I have built a foundation on stats over the years. Made money and came out ahead and even came out ahead on this game with the under, but when the side happens like this, it tells you a lot. I will settle with what I have made and leave it at that...
I'm proud of what I have accomplished knowing that when I ever gave a stat, it was true and to the point. Or when I gave a play, I had the same amount of money on it as I said I had unlike some peeps around here..
