  2. So much for that weather forecast as the sun is shining brightly here in Beantown this morning....The wind is blowing across the field and out toward right field which will help lefty hitters and may hamper righties!

Looking to make it 4 straight tonight.....

BoSoX (CY YOUNG WINNER BECKETT) ---- -155 3 Units (465-300)

    PLAYOFF RECORD 3-0 (+7 Units)

Just some notes for tonights game....

Becketts career postseason record is 3-2 with a 1.74 ERA and 55 strikeouts in 51 2-3 innings. Half of Beckett's six career postseason starts have been complete-game shutouts

Beckett was outstanding in two starts against the Indians this year, going 1-1 with a 1.80 ERA and lasting at least seven innings both times.

Switch-hitter Bobby Kielty will start in right field in Game 1 in place of the left-handed hitting J.D. Drew. Kielty is 9-for-29 (.310) with two homers and four strikeouts in his career against Sabathia.

Manny Ramirez has a career batting average of .571 (12-for-21) with four HRs and seven RBIs against Sabathia. This is the second-highest batting average for Ramirez against any pitcher in which he has at least 20 plate appearances against.

Sabathia has one career playoff start and that was AT HOME versus the Yanks. Now he starts game one of the ALCS in hostile territory!

    GOOD LUCK BOYS!!!

  3. fucking noles disappoint me again. i wanted so bad to bet wake also as 6 points was way to many to give them. i stayed away being a fan and then the cocksuckers lose outright. now ain't that some bullshit.

  4. allright fellas i'm locked in for this weekend. i like this card so i'm gonna roll with it.

    saturday

tcu -5 (overvalue with stanford winning last week. tcu defense is gonna shut them up)

iowa +4 1/2 (not sold on ill. i'll take the home team with points here. iowa is gonna hang with them if not win su)

north texas over 62 1/2. (horrible defenses and offenses run that runs and one that throws. neither can be stopped. throw in a couple of turnover's and this game goes over. i see 9 td's easy.)

    sunday

tenn +3. (i don't care if i'm getting suckered here with line. i fucking love this one.

    record is 90-48-5.

glta and hopefully we can go 4-0.

  5. Ugly Dog #17 is #106 @San Jose St +18 vs Hawaii. (at my book this morning).

Game opened at 18.5 and I thought it would hit 19 or more by Friday. Nope, People are on San Jose St driving the line the wrong way for me. Brennan is injured but will probably play. I'll still take my chances with the points and the double-digit home dog.

We went 2-0 with the The Ugly Dog last week .

Ugly Dog #15 335 Eastern Michigan +31.5 @ Michigan easy winner

Ugly Dog #16 373 Stanford +41.5 @ USC outright win (whoda thunk it, I'd gladly give back my winnings if it would erase the loss AT HOME TO FRIGGIN STANFORD) )

    2007 Ugly Dog record 8-7-1

  13. 0-1 in the CS's.

ROLL WITH ME ON BOSTON OVER 8.

I know, two studs, but this game is going to go over. Beckett is touchable and the big sticks on both sides will get us an over surprisingly early. At least that's how I see it.

ROLL WITH ME ON COLORADO OVER 9.

Again, the two pitchers should be very touchable. Davis usually has trouble with the Rocks and Jiminez should have control problems in such a big game.

    GL tonight.
