Gawd, I'm still reeling from the Eagles debacle. Just unbeliveable to say the least...That's why they play the game, ARGHH
We will recover, but stay on the down-lo for a couple of weeks.

I'm looking at the number in this game and see a few things. First of all, College Park under the lights is a different creature then an afternoon game. This is a backyard brawl and I see a W.Va team that struggled on the road last week against Marshall. They finally got their shit together, but this game won't be any easier. The turtles will be ready, but they dont have the fire power to stay with White and Slaton, but W.Va won't cover this number in College Park under the lights. Look for the Terps to come in thru the backdoor as points will be flying in this contest.

Home team Maryland has a lot of juniors and seniors for this one. Mountaineers, or Inbred Jeds as I like to call 'em, are playing on grass. Hopefully grass that hasn't been mowed recently. Ralph Friedgen has had this gome marked after last year's 45-24 beatdown.
Ugly Dog 0-3 this season
Been rough losses for the Ugly Dogs so far. Losses are losses though. Two of those losses playing against Rutgers, by a combined total of 4 points. Congrats to the board (BeeSmart and others), going against Navy. Line was 16.5, they lost by 17. Ouch

Play #2: Roll with me on the under in WVA/Maryland...I don't care what your number is take the under.Sunday hit many points as to why to back Maryland but also to back the under. The terps don't let the scoring get out of hand at home and they will slow down Slaton and company.
