6. 3-1 ATS after last post (won two teamer +1.8 units, lost TB -1.5)

   Tonight, I have a two team parley and a straight play.

   Two teamer:

   Yovanni and the Brew Crew RL -105 (+105)

   AND

   Philly over 10 +100 (KK and B Thompson must go)

   1 unit to win 2.9 units

   Logic: Look at who is playing and what for: Yovanni (who I've been high on all year) has found the groove and won his last 3 starts. The Brewers are death gripped with the Cubs to make the post season. I think your going to see the Brewers going deep often tonight and will put on a whoopin.

   The Phils are riding high after hitting up on the Mets again to make it 8 straight against New York's 2nd best team. Their offense will get it done but the Cards won't go down without a fight. I think with the shaky relief for the Philly side, we're gonna see a late inning cover on the over and possibly extra innings.

   2nd play:

   The over in San Diego -9 -105.

   Two young pitchers and I've been watching the Dutchman from South Florida and he sucks. The Pads are going to have to win down the stretch to entertain thoughts of making the post season. Marlins bats are solid with Hemida and Miguel just lighting up the 2nd half of the season.

   2.1 units to win 2 units...I KNOW THEY ARE PLAYING PITT..HAD FLORIDA IN MY HEAD...I'M STILL ON IT.

7. TUESDAY DAY PLAY:

   Roll with me on Colorado/Dodgers over 9 1/2 +105. Francis is showing serious signs of fatigue and I believe that Billingsley has trouble in the high altitude. Both teams have a lot to play for but I think your gonna see some big numbers today due to Francis's arm. He's gotten drilled lately and the Rocks bats have had success at altitude against the Dodgers.

   1.5 units on Colorado over 9 1/2 +105 in the early game.

   Tonight:

   I got two:

   Two Team Parley:

   Philly -55 (Hamels) and Oakland under 9 1/2 +100

   1.5 units to win 3.3 units

   LOGIC: Hamels comes off the DL..and starts for the hottest team in the NL. Cards are fading fast and they have to throw Wellemeyer out against a team that is roping the ball. Utley, Rollins, Burrell, Rowand and Howard are murdering the ball and even guys like Carlos Ruiz are contributing.

   Oakland throws out Chad Gaudin who hasn't reached a total of 9 in his last 3 games against Seattle. Weaver hasn't gone over 8 in his last 3 starts against the A's. Throw in the fact that over 90% of the pub is hammering the over and you got a no brainer. It might look bad early, but let it get to these two bullpens with a run or two to spare and it will come in.

   Other play:

   Roll with me on Toronto -40. Red Sox are looking in the rearview and Burnett has a nice 2.56 ERA at home and a 3-0 ledger for the Jays in his last 3 against the Sox.

10. I've got what I think is a solid play for Tuesday night 9-25:

    Roll with me on Cleveland ML +160

    Laffey/King Felix must go.

    This Cleveland team is loaded and still playing for best record. Seattle was officially eliminated on Sunday and there is absolutely ZERO for Seattle to play for. Hernandez gave up 4 earned runs in 5 innings last time out in a 9-5 win against the Indians. I like an ever improving Laffey to keep the tribe in it as their bats do the smackin.

    ROLL WITH ME ON CLEVELAND +160 ML

    Laffey/King Felix must go

    1.5 units to win 2.4 units

    Manny is back, the Sox must continue to fend off the Yanks, and Lester and Blanton are both reachable. The A's bats were quiet last night, I expect a much bigger offensive output today.

    I got two small plays:

    Roll with me on Dodgers/Rockies over 9 Even (+100)

    1 unit for me..small play that just looks too easy so I'm going for 1 unit.

    BEST BET:

    Roll with me on Kansas City +115 @ White Sox. Grienke should hand the beatdown to Garland in a pitcher's duel. The under is a good play as well, but I'll side with the Royals in baseball's most heated series this week. (that's right, we're playing to avoid the basement). Kansas City should win this one handily as Garland and company could care less about who's in the cellar. Garland usually does well against us, but Grienke has been a monster and the Royals should pull this one out convincingly.
