    Astros/LAD Over 8 -105

Going against the starters. Lowe 0-3 6.12 since the AS Break. Home ERA of 4.02 (vs road ERA of 3.32).

I heard recently Rodriguez has the worst road ERA in MLB, or right near the bottom. If it's not the worst, I feel sorry for the poor bastard who's below him. At home, he's 6-2 with a nice 1.65 ERA (82 IP, 58 hits). On the road though, 1-8 with a 8.16 (57 IP, 77 hits). Pre AS ERA was 3.87, post is 5.77 (with 1-3 record).

Nice run phantom. Been riding a little of everyone here and there (mustandz, jt, pc, guns, shome, takis, and anyone else I forgot). Thanks.

    2-1 yesterday +.6 units

    Overall, I'm 12-14 -2.1 units.

To be fair, once I say BP was on Washington, I abandoned my Phillies pick and rode BP. Saved some $$ there. But, since I posted the Phillies for 3 units, it will count for my posted record.

    One pick so far.

    Yankees -150. 3 units

As much as I hate betting the Yanks, this is a good spot. Their bats are hot and the Tigers are coming in to Yankee's Stadium cold and falling. Mussina has picked up his game lately and has won four in a row with a total of 8 ER in those four starts.

    Adding

    T.O/LAA U8 Ev 2 units

Both teams bats are quiet lately and we have a pretty good pitching match-up, with McGowan and Escobar.

As a side note, as a Jays fan, I love next year's rotation.

    Halliday, Burnett, Marcum, McGowan

With Chacin, Towers and Litsch fighting for the 5th.

    B.J. Ryan back as closer.

    Record (24-14) 63%

Tonight I got a 10* Special Bookie Busta. This pick is rock solid and will hit with ease.

    Kansas City +100

I also have a 5* Bookie Busta going off tonight as well. This one is just as good, but playing a little less units on this one as it is a big dog.

    Washington +145

    Lets get this

Although I hate to go against a Bookie Busta play, here is my first NFL post.

    Mia +3 +105 2 units

    Here's why:

    1. Rookie coaches like to win pre-season. The Fins need to start the year on a good note. A two win start creates optimism about their year.

    2. Trent Green will play the first quarter. He still has to compete for his job, so he will play well. Plus, he feels snubbed by K.C., so he has added motivation.

    3. Cleo Lemon will play the entire 2nd quarter and is competing for the QB job, so he will bring his A game.

I like the over as well, but I will only post the line here.

    I'm 1-1 ATS so far..tonight I like the following:

Roll with me on Kansas City under 33 1/2. In the regular season, the over and the home team is a good bet in this series. However, in pre season, I can't see the two combing for 34 to beat me. Herm Edwards has let everyone know that the QB battle is a two man race with Croyle taking the lead. Even though both will see extended PT tonight, I still think the defenses rule. I shit you not when I say Kansas City will hang their hat on their defense this year, and they should. It's young, it's tough, and it's got veterans bolstering solid positions. Ty Law at corner, Donnie Edwards at Backer and a solid D Line will give Trent and company fits tonight.

Let's roll, I know it's unpopular but roll with me on under 33 1/2.

    Good luck boys.

Okay Fellas....I am dropping the Dodgers as a play, the Public is all over them and they line is going the opposite way. Plus D. Lowe is a stiff....So this is what we got as a final card....

KC Royals 10* (Biggest Play of the night)

    Washington +145 (Dog play)

Kansas City Chiefs -3 (Small play)

I will also ride a few that i see that look good, but wanted to give the heads up on the dodgers game....Might still hit, but with that much chalk and the line movement, I am deciding to back off and up my Royals play....
