Playing 3 tonight:
Marlins/DBacks U10 – as bad as Willis has been, Dbacks are by far worst team in MLB vs LHP scoring a run every 10.4 ABs, 37% worse than NL avg of a run every 7.6 ABs. Davis has been better his last 3 going 6+ in each and giving up 3 ER or less in each. Not having Ramirez in the line-up should help the Under and the AZ pen has the 3rd best ERA in NL.
Tigers/CWS U9.5 – CWS worst in AL in scoring vs LHP (T-MIN). Over his last 6 starts, Miller has only given up over 3 ER in one of them. Also road ERA of 2.45. Buehrle 1.21 ERA L3. Detroit does need the fewest ABs on avg in AL to score vs LHP and they are the best in MLB in scoring on road. I’ll take Buehrle to keep his hot streak going as Tigers have averaged under 4 rpg over last week. In his last 6, Buehrle has gone 7+ in all but one, which will be key with their horrible pen.
Oak/LAA U9 – Neither pitcher has been great lately, but the offenses have been bad over past week for both also, Oak 2.7 rpg, LAA 3.7 rpg. A’s worst in AL in ABs per run vs RHP. Gaudin had the 2.88 ERA before All-Star break and has a 3.19 road ERA so hopefully he can start getting back to that tonight.
