Haven't posted since Monday when I got my ass kicked going 0-5 to run my record to 16-17 overall since June 19th. Lots of good games to bet on today so here is what I like:

    1) Pirates (-133) - Downs is 0-3 with a 7.94 era & Fogg is 2-0 with a 3.63 era last 3 starts. Pirates are 12-3 last 15 games and are playing too good to drop 3 of 4 to Expos.

    2) Orioles Run Line (+105) - KC is 0-4 in Gobble's last 4 starts and Royals are 2-14 in last 16 games. Lopez is 1-2 with 2.29 era last 3 starts and Gobble is 1-2 with 7.63 era.

    3) Indians (-109) - A's are 1-4 in Zito's last 5 starts and Indians are 12-5 in Lee's last 17 starts. Home team is 11-3 last 14 meetings.

    4) Braves (+105) - Braves playing great ball winning 8 of last 10 with their ace Ortiz going as a dog. Ortiz is 3-0 with an unbelievable .42 era and Wolf is 1-1 with 4.60 era.

    5) Cardinals (-128) - Cubs are 1-4 in Woods last 5 starts and Cardinals are 12-4 in Carpenter's last 16 starts. Two teams going in opposite directions with Cubs losing last 5 & Cardinals winning last 8. Woods making 1st start since May 11th and I believe he won't be sharp with 2 months between starts.

Good luck everyone, let's make some money before the break!! :D

    Pick Star Ratings Game Time

    PITTSBURGH (39 - 45) at MONTREAL (29 - 56): Play On The Pittsburgh Pirates -133 4 7/11/2004 12:35:00 PM

Sunday, 7/11/2004 JOSH FOGG (R) vs. SCOTT DOWNS (L). Fogg been throwing better his last three starts and with Montreal sturggles vs RHP I will ride Fogg and the Pirates Sunday in a bounce back game as a 3.5% Play

    TAMPA BAY (42 - 43) at NY YANKEES (53 - 31): Play On The Tampa Bay Devil Rays +174 3 7/11/2004 12:05:00 PM

Sunday, 7/11/2004 MARK HENDRICKSON (L) vs. MIKE MUSSINA (R). Hendrickson 4-4 this year as a dog of +150 or higher and 2-2 as a road dog of +150. Worth a Sunday shot with Tampa Bay as a 3% Play

    OAKLAND (46 - 38) at CLEVELAND (41 - 44): Play On The Oakland A's +104 3 7/11/2004 12:05:00 PM

Sunday, 7/11/2004 BARRY ZITO (L) vs. CLIFTON LEE (L). Zito has been very average this season but I like him here in this spot vs Lee who his also not in top form even if his records reflects that he is. Ride the hot Oakland bats Sunday as a 3% Play

    COLORADO (35 - 50) at SAN DIEGO (46 - 40): Play On The Over 8.5 -120 4 7/11/2004 3:05:00 PM

Sunday, 7/11/2004 DENNY STARK (R) vs. ISMAEL VALDES (R). Top Total of the day. Both pitchers struggling with a combined WHIP of 4.923 over their last three starts. With Colorado swinging hot bats and San Diego needing a win I am playing this one over 8.5 or 9 as a 3.5% Play

    DETROIT (40 - 45) at MINNESOTA (47 - 38): Play On The Detroit Tigers +185 4 7/11/2004 1:10:00 PM

Sunday, 7/11/2004 JASON JOHNSON (R) vs. JOHAN SANTANA (L). Both pitcher throwing very well over their last three starts. Detroit hits LHP better than the Twins hit RHP to the tune of a 29 point difference as well as a 22 point difference in OBP. With two hot pitchers I will take that offensive advantage in Detroit as the big dog. Take the Tigers as a 3.5% Play

    HOUSTON (44 - 42) at LOS ANGELES (46 - 38): Play On The Houston Astros -130 5 7/11/2004 3:10:00 PM

Sunday, 7/11/2004 ROY OSWALT (R) vs. JOSE LIMA (R). Confirm the starters in this one as the game is down as I am posting it. Going to ride the hot starter in this one as a 4% play. Take the Astros!

CHICAGO CUBS (46 - 38) at ST LOUIS (52 - 32): Play On The St Louis Cardinals -125
