Messy: you can also argue that Shilling never faces Stewart and he gets a perfect game if Lugo doesn't boot that ball earlier. Fun game to watch.

Oakland +115

Posted record 37-23-1 (+10.23 units).
I am counting a 2-0 day on Wednesday that was posted in the MLB section because there was no thread here.

Just one pick today.
Bos/Ari under 8.5.
I love this pick. The Red Sox bats have really been icy cold as they have dropped 5 of 7. They managed just three runs the entire series at Oakland. Beckett has been tough, as opponents, bullpen included, have managed just 3.2-rpg in his 10 starts. The D-Backs offense is hitting in the .220s, and they have not been hitting at all lately, but the pitching has been outstanding. Davies has been great, as he has allowed two earned runs or less in 9 of his 12 starts. His ERA is 1.59 his last three.
Pitcher's duel anyone?
