Chuck Liddell vs. Wanderlei Silva
Ice Man will be fighting Wanderlei Silva later this year. Most likely in October. Liddell confirmed it but has yet to sign the contract.

War Chuck!!!!!! Silva is an arrogant prick. But the loser of this fight will be finished. This is huge. And we have been waiting for this for years upon years. They truely hate each other. So this should be one badass fight. There were talks that they would put this fight on the same card as Henderson/Rampage. Not sure that will happen. That would make for the greatest card ever.

If anyone noticed. This is a free even. The next 2 free events on Spike are going to be barn burners. Wow they are giving us some treats. This next pay per view should be darn good too. Lots of great fights 4 the UFC. I can't wait. Lets win some money and root on our boys.

saw an interview w/ silva earlier this wee. he said that he didnt take the fight bc he was focused on moving to the usa, getting everthing straight and couldnt focus on fighting. he said he expects to make his debut dec 29. possibly against chuck. would make sense since dana said that 2 fights gets chuck a title shot. wandy would be idle second oppenet.
on another note, lotta good cards comin up, ufc, wec, elite xc.
already got kos over gsp, now i hear gsp is seeing a sports shrink and i feel even better about the play.
will be back to dicuss upcoming cards. should be alot of fun for fight fans.

Just so everyone knows. Wandy and Chuck will be fighting they just don't know exactly when. They are trying to figure out if it's going to be Wandy's first fight in the UFC or if they are going to give him a tuneup match. With Chuck fighting Keith Jardine in September that makes for an odd workout of schedules. More than likely it will be Wandy's first fight in the octagon. And that isn't a good thing. He will be coming down off the roids and first in a cage. So Chuck should have the big time edge. But we shall see. Chuck has to get through Jardine which I am sure he will.
