  1. Jays +134

The Yankees have not been able to do anything right. They will send Matt DeSalvo, who couldn't even get one hitter out in his relief appearance and he will not pitch deep into this game which means an overworked pen will have to come to the rescue - something they haven't done all season. This bet is more about betting against the Yanks, than for the Jays. I've said it before and I'll say it again: betting against the Yanks has great value, since the public is always all over the yanks

    Sea +140

The Mariners have been red hot, as they have 7 players batting .300+ over the last 7 days, and 9 hitting .292+. That is topped off by a staff ERA the past week of 3.69, and 5 bullpen members that have combined for 13.1 innings 4 hits, 16 K's and just 3 BB's. They are hot on both ends. The offense has produced eight runs a game in their last six. The Angels have pitched to just a 5.37 ERA, and the pen has allowed 12 runs in 19 innings over the last week. Colon was hit hard his last start and the Mariner lineup, which is hot anyway, features six players with a career average of .300+ against Colon. Good dog here.

Twinkies -200. I'll pay the juice. Santana is back on form and doesn't lose at home.

  2. Gonna play two today...

    STL/COL U9.5 +110

STL shares the honor of worst AB/run vs LHP with CWS at a run every 10.4 ABs. Happened again yesterday vs a lefty starter, Chico only pitched 4 innings because of rain I think, but 3 hits, no runs. STL also worst AB/run in MLB on the road at a run every 9.4 ABs. Despite Coors, COL is below the NL avg in runs per AB at home, and also below NL avg vs RHP. STL bullpen has been good before yesterday, so hopefully Wells can give them 6. Francis has been pitching real well lately, 1.21 ERA last 3 starts, has given up two ER or less last 4 starts. At STL this year, went 7IP, 4H, 2ER. Career is 3-1 with a 2.27 vs Cards. Total runs in his last 5 starts have been: 2, 7, 8, 5, 8. Both teams had to travel yesterday, and Eckstein missed yesterday due to back, so having him out today too would help.

Also parlayed MIN/BOS. CWS horrible vs LHP, today they get Santana on the road. BOS is home with Schilling vs Cliff Lee who has been awful.

GL, happy Memorial Day, and thanks to the troops.

  3. Today the game goes under. The spurs will pump up their defense as will the Jazz. Under 191.

Also a strong lean towards the Jazz. The Jazz have played lights out at home and this is not a must win for the Spurs.
