Las Vegas Trip Thread
Okay PC, I have looked for almost 30 minutes trying to find the e-mails that we shot each other regarding the trip, and I can't find the bastards for the love of god..
So I decided to just start a thread here as we may have some more guys joining us this year and I keep seeing post but I can't seem to locate them either..AHHH - So if I have everything in one place, it will make my life a whole lot easier, lol
Here is what I have so far after talking with Como. I am leaving on Friday Sept 21st and flying into Onatrio, Cali to hook up with Como, then we will make the road trip to Vegas once again. My flight lands in Cali at 10ish am, so we should be in Vegas between 12:30 - 1:30ish on Friday..I will be leaving from Vegas on Monday night around midnight on the red-eye back to DC..Those are the dates that I have right now, so let me know if I need to tweak anything. I have already booked these, so if I do need to tweak anything, holla now forever hold your peace. I need at least 90 days with the job, the tickets I can tweak with no problem.
The question is, who else will be joining us in Vegas in Sept. Man, I would personally like to hook up with most of you guys. It's a 3 day get away, with some crazy ass MOFO's. Good stuff fellas..so get your ass in gear and hook up with us in Vegas. Who all is making the journey ??
I'm pretty sure I still have the Dawg's phone number, so I will try to touch basis with him if I can find it..
That's all I have, but I guess we will have to decide where home will be for 3 days.

Just got back from there 2 weeks ago..my kind of town!!

Here are the dates Como and I talked about:
NFL Week 3:
(I'll also pay my committment to the contest winner this week or if that person goes week 1 I'll work something out with them individually.)
This schedule changed because I'm getting married NFL opening week. Hell, if you guys want to go week 1 be my guest..but I think most of the old schoolers were cool with moving it back.
NFL WEEK 3:
Most of us get in Thursday night the 19'th and would leave Monday or Tuesday sometime.
I personally will be there if Como and Sunday and the boys are going from Thursday Sept 19'th thru Tuesday morning or the Monday night Red eye. I can get comp rates if we get 10 or more rooms.
Sunday...if you want to be point on this I'll do a conference call with you to the MGM properties and we'll set up a promo code for people to call in and book.
But as far as I know..the 19'th thru the 22'nd or 23'rd of September bro.

PC, the 19th is a Wed, but I'm assuming you mean the 20th that Thursday, right ??
Sounds like the rooms should be okay with the comps that everyone is throwing out. Sounds good to me, just let me know when, so I can make sure I will have phone access ( not flying )..

Let's do it fellas, really. You'll have a good time, leave with money in your pockets ( if you stay away from the craps table unlike me and Billz ) and the trip is priceless....
Actually, were trying to decide if we want to book a suite or rooms, so if we can get an accurate count, it would be helpful..
I know everyone here is in the position to take a weekend off, so don't feed the bullshit of I can't get off of work, I have other thangs going on. For Christ sakes, just say I'm in or I don't want to come as I see no enjoyment in going to Vegas and leaving with $$$$$$ in my pocket. Some of you dudes sound ruthless with the comments and reasons why you CANT..
PC, I will give until the end of July, then book what I know what we have going accordingly..

Como, Your a piece of work for sure.. That's classical, lmao. You don't remember who it was ?? That doesn't suprise me, but you know what old saying with what happens in Vegas. There's a reasoning for this, usually because one is severly under the influence or etc....
PC, I don't know how I ma going to pull this off brother. I will need some serious help with this one for sure. My boys Billz and Como will look out for me, but this could get interesting..
The 3rd week is in lock down mode BTW. You have the correct dates. I ma actually flying into Cali and doing the back tracking trip with Como again, but we will be there Friday early afternoon.. I will hook up with you via phone a few times before then.
Just got home, I'm tired and back on a 3 day trip Sunday night, ARGHHHH so I will catch up with you fools in a few days..

WHEN? The last I heard, Sunday is flying into Ontario Airport at 10:09am PST on Fri Sept 21 and I'm picking him up and we're rolling into town by early afternoon. I'm planning on leaving Monday after MNF. But since I don't have to wing in I can sort of fly by the seat of my pants.
WHERE? Well, I've heard a lot of cacklin' but I haven't seen any eggs. PC was gonna gauge the level of interest and see if we could muscle up and get a group rate somewhere, but later I heard about some going "Dan Tanna" http://www.thrillingdetective.com/tanna.html and just renting a condo or apt off the strip somewhere. I'm not sweatin' it cuz as others can attest, for me the more seedier and the more dangerous the better, but that's how I roll.

I also just seen your message over at webcomo Z.
Como is exactly right. I will be leaving Friday morning and flying into California, then catch the journey with Como to Las Vegas.
There may be a possiblity that I will fly out of BWI also Z, so keep me infrmed on what you have booked. As of now, it looks like JFK, but it's a good possibility that will change.
As far as the rooms, I sent PC mail and we need to hook up, so PC, look for a call from me somwhere between 5-7 eastern Sunday night so we can book this suite or rooms or whatever were doing.
As we all know, Como's HO was ripped to pieces, lol. Actually, that wasn't a bad little joint. A lot of Choo - Choo opportunities
but after Billz got a hold of Como, the only thing left of Como was the Caboose, whewww, LMAO...Anyway, let me know what you have booked Z and we will get you on the same page..

I'll be coming in Friday as well and flying out on the Red Eye Monday night after MNF like Como.
Remember we have the MLB handicapping contest winner with us in NFL week 3 so he'll be staying in the big papa suite or we'll be sharing a room or if he's a schemp I'll just get him his own.
But yeah, I'll go ahead and call tonight Sunday and we'll see if we can get Como on a 3 way like we did at San Quentin.

not likely that I'll be able to make it that weekend. I have clearance from the wife for a fall trip every year, but the Bears are playing the Cowboys at home on Sunday night football that weekend. I was planning to head out the following weeknd.
Plus, that will be the day the Cubs clinch the division. LMAO.

after talking to Z and Como and through Email with Sunday..here's our plans:
Z is booked but might switch rooms.
Como, Sunday, and PC will book together and looking for a 4'th to room with.
Ricky..your more than welcome to join, are you in for sure?
Waiting to hear from Billz though..Ricky..I'll call you Tuesday night or Tuesday late afternoon to see if you wanna room. We might be able to catch the same flight out of Orlando or ATL as well.

I am starting to get the itch to go...
I have been to casino royale. There is an Outback Steakhouse there I ate at last time I was in town.
Its a great location on the strip but a smaller hotel and a little bit of a shit hole but..serves it purpose.
