NBA Picks for Sat, May 12

Finally, a game that I didn't have to sweat out (and lose). PC, man I hope your wrong about my Cavs sweeping the Nets, because I'm hammering the Nets today as well. The hometown boys have still not shown me that killer instinct, but the East has proven to be pretty weak once again.

Already posted these a few days ago, but here they are again:

    Well, we hit easily on the over last night. Let's get on to the early game.

    ROLL WITH ME ON CLEVELAND +5 @ New Jersey. I almost debated the ML but I'll take the points to be safe. LeBron, larry, and Z are definetely strong enough to match up with the Nets offensively. Defensively, the Cavs are better and have better depth. Vareajo and Gooden are much better role players than Mikki Moore and company. I keep looking at this game and the only way I see the Nets covering is the Cav's youth. By this I mean the Nets have grizzled veterans who have been here. But on paper, the Cavs are much better. I think better depth, better scoring, and play better defense. The PC keys to victory are defense and guard play in the post season.

    Should be a great game. I'm very excited about watching both games today. The Suns game should be a lot of fun as well.

  4. Still have the Cavs pending but it looks good for Nets backers so far.

    I'm on the Spurs tonight. JDelt, I can't go against the Spurs at home in this round. You follow the NBA..the boys at home are so tough and this is a big game. I think the Spurs will dominate tonight and should win by double digits as that old school defense comes out. Also look for SA to slow down in their 1/2 court sets.

  7. The big dog teaser hits. Congrats on whoever followed and I would like to say thanks to PC for throwing his knowledge out there about the cavs. Normally dont go against PC but was on the right side this time. Thanks PC for attempting to look out you the man.
