Love it or hate it....But the Boston Red Sox +200 today at Minnesota sounds like a great value play here.....If you have been riding, you've been winning so lets take a shot here.
I am not taking anything away from Santana nor am I giving anything extra to Tavares....but here are some numbers: SANTANA is 2-3 when starting against BOSTON with an ERA of 2.55 and a WHIP of 1.039. TAVAREZ is 2-0 when starting against MINNESOTA with an ERA of 2.77 and a WHIP of 1.385 The numbers are not that far off and the Sox are clearly the better team. I am not a big Tavares fan however, the Sox are 2-1 in his last three starts with 2 vs Halladay and one vs Wang. I will look for the Sox offense to attack the struggling Santana....With Tavares' back against the wall with the pending return of Lester, I see him looking to impress here....Either way, the Sox at this value is a great play!

Messy, I've been playing fantasy baseball for years, and one thing that Billz, Sunday, myself or any long termer will tell you.
When you draft Johan Santana you have to muddle through April and May. The guy is lights out as the weather gets warmer. Your absolutely right, if there is a time to go after Johan this is it. Good sticks, the Sox pen has looked good, and Johan is human this time of year.

To continue the fix of sports I don’t normally bet on between the derby and fight, I’m gonna put a little on the good ole boys here in Richmond tonight (weather permitting).
Gordon had been going great, but I just think winning three races in a row is too difficult.
I think the best value is in Kevin Harvick at 12:1. In his past 5 combined Cup/Busch races in Richmond, he has won 3 of them. Last night in the Busch race he finished 4th.
Local boy Denny Hamlin at 7:1. Says he’d rather win this race than any other race. Last year in the spring race he finished second and in the fall race he captured the pole. Also was on the pole for last night’s Busch race (but got caught up in a wreck). He’s starting 6th today.

I hate to do this, but I have to.
ROLL WITH ME ON FLOYD MAYWEATHER JR -175 to beat Oscar tonight. I hate Floyd but I will not bet and hope on Oscar. I just can't see him winning a decision and the question is, can he knock out Mayweather? We'll see, and I wouldn't mind losing this but I'm on Pretty Boy Floyd tonight in what should be a fantastic 12 round battle.

Opinions: Floyd by decision. I can't see either one knocking out the other and I can't see Oscar outpointing the quicker, more elusive, more punches thrown Floyd.

just got back in after spending the day at the track. Nailed a tri box on the derby with a $5 ticket!!!! overall ended up over a dime today on the horses. As for the NBA here are my plays tonight......
risking 550 to win 500:
