NBA Picks for Wed, April 25

SAN ANTONIO -8.5 (I think we some of the same of what the Spurs gave the Nugs in Game 2 a couple years ago; not a blowout here, but enough to get that cover; the energy will be there tonight; the Spurs just know how to get it done in pressure situations; staying away from the ML, though, b/c I don't feel like laying 450 to 500)
Opinions:
WASHINGTON +12 (of course, I still think the Wizards stink, but believe they will somehow get the cover; not worth a play for me, though)
GOLDEN STATE +9.5 (the Mavs have given me no reason as to why I would go with them here; Golden Showers has dominated them four times already this year; Avery better figure it out quick b/c the Mavs could be in for a long series that they don't need this early in the playoffs; no play here, though, b/c if the Mavs do figure out the Warriors, they could blow them out in this game; I think the Mavs win here, but not worth laying 600 on the ML)

I was talking to one of my buddies last night (taking all the dogs) about what you are doing tonight. That seems like the idea, figuring that two out of three dogs will cover. Hopefully for my sake, the Nuggets are the one team that doesn't cover! I'm not a big fan of teasers, but that 5 pt. tease looks pretty tasty! GL!!!

teasers and nba playoffs seem to be the way to go....well except for last nite's last two games.....
Spurs -9 tonite! Ya think? Duncan's b-day.....lets hope they play lights out and dont go down 0-2.

Rough start for me 2-4-1 ATS...but I got the faith.
Messy....don't give up on the NBA just yet. The Conference finals are usually a great time to hammer. 1st round has been goofy for me so far, but we'll see how it plays out.
Roll with me on San Antonio - 8 1/2 ( I agree with JT on the under!). The Spurs HAVE to play their defense first ballgame to beat Denver. I just can't see San Antonio having a close game tonight. Denver has to feel confident that they got the 1st game and will settle for that. Duncan wil tell us a lot tonight. IF he has a big game, I see the Spurs right back on track. If another subpar effort comes in..watch out next round when the big boys come knockin.

Roll with me on Golden State + 9 1/2. I believe Ultimate Capper, I believe. After watching Baron and JRich shoot lights out and have their way with the supposed "vaunted" defense of Dallas, I can't go against this dynamic duo. Could be a sucker play but I'll roll the Warriors tonight.
