I do not like Tavares much as a starter but I will take him in this bargain situation going against a team that is struggling to put runs on the board. Tavares has pitched well against the Jays and Sox scored 6 runs vs Halladays in his last 3 starts.
Lets hit the early one and move onto tonight!!! NBA playoffs right around the corner!!

Damn, we drop two games yesterday...record is now 11-4, and 4-2 in cub games...no worries..we get em back today...

As for the Cubs game, here's my play...
Chicago Cubs/Atlanta Braves Under 9
Cubs have ALWAYS had trouble with soft tossing lefties, i have made that a fact before. Normally, I would back Rich Hill in this spot but since bullpen has been overtaxed a bit and the cubs inability to consistently hit lefties well, i'll go with the under. Can't ignore Hill's recnt performances, right now, he's the cubs ace.
