Took the weekend off to enjoy my victory's and be in the positive this week.

took some time off to refresh a little. Been following a few guys here and there and making a few bucks. I have a little inside info on the dallas/detroit hockey game tonight and my source says the play is strong on dallas and a small play on the under. But Dallas is the key play. The long and short of it is my friend works for the local AHL hockey team and is friends with a few players on DALLAS who have come thru the local AHL team orginization at one time or another. From their mouths to his ears they say they will take down Detroit tonight. Good Luck hope it pans out.

I'm going to start the week off right with a 2-0 night...
NHL
Los Angeles (ML) - Playing much better of late with 3 wins in the last 4. Barely missed beating Detroit the other night. Minn is playing like shit on the road.
Dallas (ML) - Turco is hot right now and so are the stars. Detroit is average of late with a losing road record. I like Dallas at home here who are a much better team of late.
The NYR game is a toss up. I like Jagr to show the fans something in his first home game, but Florida is HOT right now (for Florida) and the Rangers stink. Bet with caution

Old Dominion - 5 1/2 W & M's losing streak will hit 5 as Old D. snapped there streak last week and will win 72-63
George Mason + 2 1/2 Better record vs quality teams, travels well winning 5 out of last 6 road games by an avg of 8pts. Drexel's King out. Teams assist leader and plays 30 min's per game.
Providence in the 1st half whatever it is....Home crowd will have them in a frenzy after UCONN win. May let down in 2nd half.
NBA: Houston- 4 1/2 answer is YAO, YAO , YAO. Won with Miami Sat. Do not expect Stan to get a win vs Jeff this year.

Like almost everyone else yesterday, still amazed at that Mich. St. meltdown. Couple that with a Siena 1 pt. loss and I end up at 2-2 yesterday. Starting the week off fresh with some cash grabbers!! Thoughts on Twolves @ Nuggets:
The line tells me to go with Denver, but my GUT says Minny. Yesterday's 2nd half collapse against Memphis was disgusting, and further illustrates Denver's inability to close out against top-tier teams. Minny is as top-tier as they come, and I think they are the best all-around team on both ends of the court (just my opinion). Denver doesn't have the legs or talent to keep up with Garnett and Co.

3-2 last week, overall 7-2-3.
Tonight my play is:
LA (ML) over Minnesota
Wild have only won 3 of last 17, are 7-10 on the road, 9-17 vs West and 1-7 vs Pacific div.
Kings are playing well considering all the injuries and have only lost 6 of last 17.
Both these teams tie alot, so it you think it'll be a tie, take Minny +.5, but I think LA will win it.
