  1. i dont do much capping for mlb other than getting confirmation from some of the mlb experts in gotpicks but if you could can you explain and give an example or two on your methods

  2. Here is a brief description of these statistics. I started using sportsinsights in October. I started tracking football then. I think it was around week 4 of the season. I set up the stats as follows, when the public is in the 50(51-59) or 60 percentile I use a bet with the public. If the public is in any other percentile I use bet against the public. The trends during football were hitting at rates between 60 and 69 percent. I started to track basketball but was to busy and stopped. Unfortunately my hard drive crashed in February and I lost my football/basketball file. I am trying to keep up with the baseball. I look for specific trends to set up. i.e. in football in the 80% bet against the public was hitting at a rate in the 68-69%. In baseball no real trends are setting up.
