Good Morning Players. Took it on the chin yesterday with Drexel, arghhh.
VCU is really playing above their heads on the road. That was Drexel's 1 SHOT to make it to the dance and they failed. Sorry about that debacle.
Moving on to today. Man what is up with that UMASS line ? Only thing that I see is UMASS has played weak on the road, but they are clearly the better team here. Think we will lay off that tilt since we have 3 ACC matchups going off today.

Va. Tech @ Georgia Tech - 4 1/2
A Interesting matchup to say the least. We are back at that horrible road team in the Hokies, even after that win against Miami. However, the Hokies did pull off an upset against Duke in NC, but Duke isnt the same. Anyway, Georgia Tech has had their share of growing pains, but I think they have enough to hand the Hokies another loss here. Let's not forget that the Yellow Jackets have been a cash machine at home this year ATS. While Tech is playing damn near .500 ball on the road ATS and they just collected another W on the road. Now were asking them to do the back2back thang on the road in the ACC. Just not happening guys as the Yellow Jackets have all but owned the Hokies in ATL !! I would take the Jackets all the way up to a 10 spot here.

Virginia @ Clemson - 8
Really wasnt going to do this, but hell, this will be a less than average play as the line indicates a clear Clemson cover. Can't figure this out as the Cavs are just the opposite of the Hokies on the road in the state of North Carolina. Clemson has some hops, but Virginia isn't exactly a slow tempo kind of team either. Here's what I think the key is. On deck for Virginia is Duke in Charlottesville and UVA has traditionally done horrible in games before their biggest matchup of the season at home. Virginia has lost 22 straight to Duke ( Duke's longest winning streak against any 1 team ) and I truly believe the Cavs will keep this game close, but Clemson will pull away late especially after that frustration loss at Duke ! They need to bounceback and bounceback now !!! With the line at 8, Clemson may put a ass whoopin on boys, but I dont think so. I see a 79-70 game. Good Luck

Iowa has been solid at home with an overall record of 10-1 straight up this season. But when it comes to the pointspreads the Hawkeyes have only paid out in five of nine home games in which odds were available.
The class of the Big 10 will come out fast and show Iowa that they may be able to come back against the like of say a Penn State (which they did) but not against the elite team in the conference!!

Georgia Tech (13-6, 2-4) already beat Duke this season as part of its 11-0 home record, outscoring opponents by an average of 26.3 points. The Yellow Jackets have won 12 straight home games since a 73-66 loss to then-No. 1 Duke on Feb. 22.

The Yellow Jackets are holding teams to 61.3 points per game at home and will play four of their next five games at Alexander Memorial Coliseum, where they are 77-23 under Coach Hewitt.

I know this is a popular play with the Public. I like to spot here on this play with both teams coming off low scoring affairs. Suns are a scoring machine and Cavs can put up thier fair share..even without LeBron and his gimpy toe.

ROLL WITH ME ON V Tech/ G Tech under 144 1/2. This is the best total bet on the board in my opinion. With an early morning start, V Tech's ability to play the big games, and the traditional ACC conference schedule..this game should be an easy under in the 130's.

Here we have some of the most talented teams in the Sun Belt. When I first looked at this game, I truly though South Bama was the play, but as I dug deep in the ATS Situations, home/ away, above below .500 , etc stats... I started to see that the DOG is the play in this one. I am touching North Texas getting 6 points today! Good Luck!
