Guys,
The Irish are overrated. They beat the teams they were supposed to beat, but struggled against the good teams. Although one best QBs in the country, Quinn has not done well against good defenses (3 picks in the loss to Michigan and less than 50% completion rate in the loss to USC). Also, ND's running game been inconsistent in big games. LSU has the #2 defense in the nation and ND's weaknesses will show tonight against one of the most talented teams in the country. This is my largest bet of the bowl games.

I LOVE the public all over LSU.... hint hint....
Much like BP on ICE.... I am starting the Southern Swing.....
Every week I will post a matchup play in Golf. I have been semi-strong on these plays over the past two seasons.... but have returned a profit both years.
Starting off the 2007 season.
Southern Swing Play - Week 1 (0-0)
Adam Scott -120 over Luke Donald
In 2006 Scott and Donald played in 13 similar events. Scott went 9-3 head to head in stroke play events. One of those events however was in Europe at Wentworth. In the other two events, Donald won by 3 and 1 strokes. Donald is a good player, but excels on tight courses, with fast greens. He is a master at the short game. The Plantation course in Hawaii is wide open, LONG, and deals with high gusting winds. This is tailor made for Scott, who is a much longer hitter than Donald. At 7411 yards, I see Donald at a disadvantage!!

On another note ... I REALLY don't know where you are seeing the "PUBLIC" all over LSU .. don't read too much into articles written by Covers and so forth .. cause I rarely find them accurate when they say a team is being bet heavy ....
As of right now ... I see 53% LSU / 47% ND (per Insights)

Thanks BP.... just going off info from my local... He gives me info on #s on each side.... In return, I have referred him some business... I never wager through this guy, so he doesnt mind sharing the #'s.
As of 2PM EST, he had 23 bets on LSU and only 8 on ND. A VERY VERY small public sampling.... but, I have used him for side leans in the past.....

my insights account shows 41% on ND and 59% on LSU.... and its a sample of 131554 bets....
sportsbook.com, which i dont trust... shows 43% ND and 57% LSU
