I know you guys are worried about the QB situation for RICE. I just found something from another forum that you guys might be interested in.
The starter for RICE is starting today in the New Orleans bowl. =)
The Houston Chronicle is reporting Clement has been cleared to play in Friday's New Orleans Bowl against Troy. Clement suffered a chipped collarbone against East Carolina and was just cleared this week to begin practicing and to start in this game.
