   I finally won two close ones in the same day! Mark this one down b/c we may not see that happen again this year! Phoenix just cruised through the fourth quarter (went over 6 minutes without scoring a single point) as the game was already in hand, and I snuck in the back door cover (finally got one!). The Mavs won a close one as well (for early bettors), but they had that number covered for most of the fourth. I'm still waiting, though, for one of my teams to make a 60 ft. three pointer at the buzzer to cover a spread (and oh yeah, I've been screwed by that more than once). That would put a huge smile on my face!

2. JDelt- Told ya' about the Clippers! I feel for ya' on the back door covers! I didn't place my bets till late because of work and ended up getting backdoored on both the Suns and the Mavs! Couldn't believe it! Who the hell is Quinn from ND for Miami- I hate ND and his brother Brady and now I have a bitter taste in my mouth from him last night! Did you see the shots that guy was making! RiCockulous!!

4. The fox shall strike again tonight. Go with Orlando Magic -2. Smells like a trap but only reason line is that low is to get sharp money on the bobcats. The Magic will take care of business!

5. Don't like the slate at all tonight but will make two smaller than normal plays:

   Golden State (-4 --> bought the hook): TMac Factor. Books have yet to fully adjust the lines because Houston's lineup is deeper but in a week or so we'll be begging for lines this low against Houston. Bottom line, they can't win without TMac. Might also play the first quarter line here, whatever it is.

   Orlando / Charlotte - Under 181. Both teams are capable of putting up one or two 15-18 points quarters. I don't see both teams scoring in the 90s. Orlando has 3 starters out and Charlotte is plain bad. Under is the play here. Don't mess with the sides.

   ROLL WITH ME ON HOUSTON/ GSTATE under 198.

   Obvious with the star talent out..but I'm going with a quote I read in the Houston paper.

   Head coach of the Rockets:

   "In order to be competitive without TMac in our lineup, we really have to step up our defense and look for set plays to the interior game. I can't see us winning games right now where our opponents score 100 or more points."
